Omg! Justin was amazing! He was polite, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He was very through and let me know what needed to be repaired and why. He originally came to fix the broken spring/coil but ended up replacing the bearings and tightening the motor chain. He also mentioned that I would need a new door opening in another couple of years and recommended the new one. I’ll definitely schedule the replacement with precision door in the future!

First, I selected Precision via a quick internet search for garage door repair. I checked out their web site and decided to schedule an online appointment and got one for the next day. My expectation was for a repairman to come and replace my door springs since one spring was broken. Had Installed genie opener in January It broke 5 months later in June (optical wheel broke). Under warranty, but would not buy another genie. Tech and service great 5 stars. Gave it ,,4 stars due to poor quality vs defective product, warranty is 5 years I believe Wonder if it will last that long?
