I live in California and had to replace a garage door opener for a rental. Sean came out the next day and was very helpful and told me everything that was happening during new installation and took pictures for me to see. He also worked well with my tenants. The company gave me a fair price and I really liked that I didn’t have to pay for them to come out and give me an estimate. I will definitely use you again for any door needs.

The spring on my door broke, I called Precision and they had Justin come out within an hour after I called. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and replaced the spring in less than an hour. He also gave me great deal on replacing my door, which I ordered today. Great service and reasonably priced, I highly recommend giving them a call!

We chose Precision because my husband had heard good things about the company. We were absolutely not disappointed. Stephen Zerkel arrived with a smile on his face that never ended. We kind of threw him for a loop in asking if he could do more work on the garage than anticipated. He said he could do it immediately, which worked perfectly for us. He ended up doing a partial rebuild and replaced the operator. He worked efficiently and was done in no time. He was truly a delight and Precision is lucky to have him.

Precision Garage Door is a great company to work with. The service is prompt, the technician is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to replace my very, very old garage door Genie system with a much newer and better one. Figured out the issue fast, and had everything fixed before I could even fully commit to being annoyed about it. No upsell nonsense, no “this is gonna cost ya” speech—just straight-up honest work and knew exactly what he was doing. Door runs smoother than it ever has. Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.
