Figured out the issue fast, and had everything fixed before I could even fully commit to being annoyed about it. No upsell nonsense, no “this is gonna cost ya” speech—just straight-up honest work and knew exactly what he was doing. Door runs smoother than it ever has. Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.

Sean kept us informed and worked late to replace the motor and service our other doors. Polite, friendly and professional the whole time. 25 year old garage door opener finally died. Technician arrived for first appointment in morning. He had a replacement on his truck and replaced in an hour. He answered all my questions explaining everything carefully and courteously. He even reprogrammed my car garage door opener. Overall, I appreciated his professionalism and manner. I was told 1 hour advance notice of arrival, it was 15 minutes. Tech was rude smart ass and bragged to my tenant he was paid $82 per hour and sits his truck alot. Way over priced. Did not touch the existing opener.

I read other reviews for Precision and everyone was right about Justine! He got the work done faster than I expected, I had buggered it up well. He also corrected numerous issues Ankmar caused during installation and "repairs" to the system. They had to send a 2nd guy to fix what the 1st guy (subcontractor) "fixed" and charged us twice! The Justine fixed the roller tracks and the system is quieter and smoother now than new. Justine was friendly, pleasant, checked the second small door while here. The door fits better to the opening now than after Ankmar installation or "repairs"! I keep mentioning Ankmar so you out smart me and don"t use them.Justine had everything needed with him, one stop and done. He made sure to clean up at the end. I only wish he had left a sticker for Precision Door Company to paste over top of the Ankmar decal by the opener switch. I researched several "Best Garage Door Companies" in Colorado Springs lists on the internet and Precision was mentioned the most. Not a chain, local, and highest rating from BBB. I actually read a lot of reviews before calling. Appreciated the Senior, First Responder, and Military Discounts are offered. Lots of companies don't thank the military, cops, firemen,paramedics, and others out there 24-7 taking care of business. I added this company to my phone contact list and bookmarked their website. Rarely do that , especially for a business. Also rarely do a review.

I have 2 doors. Left one came off track and fell. Unrepairable. Called my previous repair. They couldn't get out until late evening and at a big emergency charge. Brian arrived in 20 min, assessed the problem, Recommendation of two door repl, since they were over 20 yrs. old. TCost incl using the opener still intact and moving it to the left side.
