Bruce was here precisely when he said he’d be here and handled the problem with care and expertise, leaving me with a working garage door. He was both courteous and professional which I appreciate.

Bruce was very congenial, but I felt he was not in the repair business, but here to sell me a new unit. My opener is 6 yo and I do not believe that no repair parts are available. $661 remove and replace opener. Really. Hope they aren’t blaming Covid.

The technition was knowledgeable and fast but for 40 minutes of work and 2 New springs, $428.? And that was the lowest price available. I felt like I was bent over. Your company is way to expensive.

I called the morning of 8-14-20 and was given a window of 10 to 12. Bruce actually called and came early. Bruce then checked out the garage door and listened to my concerns then prepared 3 estimates for the repair. There was no pressure. After I made my selection he made the repair in much less time than he had estimated. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend these folks for anything to do with garage doors.

Wow! I called this morning to schedule a repair for a broken spring. Bruce, the tech, arrived in under two hours and had that spring fixed within an hour. He was very pleasant and personable. He showed us our options for the repair, but did not try to over-sell us. Thank you so much! We are very happy. Now....we need some time to test out the door! We do not anticipate any problems!

The spring on my garage door broke about 7 PM on a Tuesday evening. Precision was available to take the call, and scheduled an appointment for 10 AM the next day. Bruce, the technician, let me know he could show up an hour earlier, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, explained three options for repair, and completed the job in less than an hour. Precision provided excellent service at a far price.
