We called Precision Garage Door at 3:00 in the afternoon with a broken spring problem and both cars trapped in the garage. The office gave us a 4to 6 PM window for a service technician to arrive. Cory arrived about 4:30 and by 6 PM he had replace the damaged spring with 2 springs, new rollers and bearings. Cory did a top notch speedy repair job. A good company man! Jack Dammann

I also saw that you are available all week without charging the excessive "after hours" service fee, like your competitors, I called three others first. Your technician, Corey, was very professional, and courteous. Corey kept me up to date as to when he would arrive and replaced my springs, bearings, and my metal wheels with new nylon wheels and now my door is working better and quieter than when I bought it new! Very responsive, called in the afternoon and they were on the job the next morning, even though it was Sunday. Cory did an outstanding job. Diagnosed the problem right away. Replaced the broken spring-it was a double door and actually required 2 springs for the weight of the door, re-aligned our tracks and lubricated everything. Now it runs like it's brand new.
