Your Tech, Cory Schweiger, was very informative as to what needed to be replaced due to the age of the parts to our garage door. He was not insistent on getting me to replace the parts and left the decision up to me. I did decide to have those parts replaced and he did an amazing job and on a timely manner. I discovered my overhead garage doors by Wayne Dalton broken late evening. The inner spring snapped. No way I could repair it myself. In the morning I called few service numbers but only Precision was available right away. By the evening my doors are working again, and in my opinion the mechanism is simpler and superior.

Very impressive customer service. Our door broke on a Saturday. Not only did a real person answer the phone, she was able to schedule Sunday service. The tech was prompt and very pleasant. Called Precision because I saw comments on other jobs they did in Divide. Got an appointment the next day. Was hoping to get Rocco to show up, but only Cory came. I appreciate excellence and professionalism, and Cory demonstrated both. Really knew his stuff, and had the door repaired faster than I had expected. Don't always know what you're going to get in terms of expertise these days, but Cory is the type of quality technician you'd hope for.

New to the area and found Precision via positive reviews on line. I exhausted my abilities and needed a pro. I called and Precision was able to get out same day. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.

We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. Cory contacted us before arriving, showed up on time and had the work completed in less than an hour! We are up and running. Thank you Precise for taking care of us. We truly appreciate it, especially on a Sunday.

This is the second time Cory has helped me with my door. On both visits, he explained things thoroughly and gave me options—not pressure. Although the primary issue was a broken spring, since my double garage door is over 20 years old, and other parts were showing significant wear, I opted for replacing all the major components (except for the door opener). Cory had everything he needed with him, and did the work quickly and well. The door is working well and is quieter. I certainly recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

Precision was quick to respond to our need when the spring on our garage door broke. They came out and replaced the springs very next day.
