Superb Service..!!! I called in for a "tune up" for my newly installed garage door. Same day appointment,,, nice...... tech calls and arrived early,,, excellent... When the tech, John, arrived, he was polite, professional, and listened to my comments, questions, concerns.. John is very knowledgeable, he competently made adjustments to the springs, and adjusted the garage door opener settings.. he oiled the garage door and provided information on how I can perform basic maintenance.. Everything about my experience was fantastic! i woke up last Friday morning (4/1) to find one of my door springs broken. I called the company I had been using for 18 years and the earliest they could help me was in a week. I remembered seeing your TV commercial and gave you a call. They had somebody out that afternoon. The tech, John Gallerano III, arrived when promised. John was professional, polite and informative. There was a lot more wrong than just a broken spring. He gave me options for the work. I selected my preferred option and he set to work. Everything was installed and works great. John also left the site cleaned up. I've found a new garage door repair company! Thanks.

My daughter found you on Google. Our repairman John showed up on time with coffee and breakfast biscuits. He assessed the situation and presented me with several options to repairing my garage door. After choosing one he got straight to work an finished in what seemed like a short time. It was a stress free pleasant experience. John’s work was excellent! My garage door performs better than it did when it was brand new, whisper quiet and solid. I cant say enough about John and the company I wanted to mention the work was done early on a Sunday morning at no extra charge!

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. The earliest the competition could come out was two weeks later, but offered to come out the same day if I was willing to pay an emergency fee of $300. I called Precision and they not only didn't have an emergency fee, but they were able to come out the same day. John arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts with him to complete the repair. Thank you John for your excellent customer service!
