Our technician (Logan) did an excellent job of replacing 2 springs on a 2-car garage door. We called on a Sunday afternoon and got a prompt response for scheduling service first thing Monday morning. After inspection, it was recommended that we also replace the rollers Job was completed in less than 2 hours. The result is a fully functional door that is much quieter! I recommended Precision to our HOA maintenance coordinator for future jobs in the neighborhood.
