I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. Very happy with precision door.

This is an ongoing project and waiting for the final install, but have been very pleased with the process so far. The technician came out on a weekend to survey the job which is rare these days. Hoping to see my new garage door on the coming month. The technician even went above and beyond to make some quick repairs and adjustments to my existing door opener until the new install arrives.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.
