A year ago, I hired Precision to perform significant repairs to my garage door. The experience was so positive, I called them again yesterday to install a new keypad outside my garage door. Leigh was very prompt, very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Turns out my keypad didn't need replacing, but did need Leigh's expertise to program it correctly, which took him a few seconds. :-) Leigh took time to check my entire garage door system, and pointed out some potential future maintenance that should be performed--including what the associated costs would be. I will not hesitate to hire Precision in the future. They are outstanding.

I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.
