Justin did a great job. I was anticipating some tune-ups and it ended up being a new opener and more major repairs. We were given a fair price and excellent service.

Everything went very well. Cory gave us I believe 5 different quote options and we chose what we thought was best for us. As usual I always think things cost to much but what doesn't these days. Cory seemed to really know what he was doing and I injoyed talking to him as he did his work. Well done Cory!

This is the only company that I will let work on my garage door! They are punctual and get the job done quickly. A big plus, they don't try to up-sell you something you don't need. Thanks again for taking care of me!

I've been using Precision Garage Door for several years as in my opinion, they are simply the best in town. While other large companies have installed the original garage doors on two of my houses, I've found that when I have an issue that needs to be addressed, the other big companies are not readily available to come out and take care of your problem. In my latest incident, I simply went on Precisions website and two different options for the same day to have them come out and determine exactly what the problem was. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Steven Z, who found that the original (only 3 years old) garage door opener while installed correctly, the door tension itself was too tight and the door was out of balance creating additional tension when opening the door. That combined with an under-powered motor lead to its failure in just a few short years. They happened to have the right opener in stock and were out the next day to replace and at the same time, re-tension the door properly so that it was balanced correctly. The door now works perfectly and I look forward to many years of operation out of the new opener. While the other "big" company is fine, I have found that Precision is more customer focused and cares deeply about their customers, which is huge in my mind. As I told Stephen, I feel that Precision is a "Customer Service" company that sells and services garage doors. Couldn't be happier with the price and service that I received.

From the time calling the office they were quickly on it with a technician. Tech then called me and set up a time that day to come out to check out what the problem was. There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate the work that Cory provided today. My door fell off the track and I felt that if I attended You Tube University that I could fix it myself. I was able swallow my pride and book an appointment online. Cory came out on time provided an estimate and went right to work. In a short 90 minutes my door was back in order. Thank you Cory for a great job and several discussions about life.

Brian showed up punctually, and conducted a thorough inspection of the door and garage door opener following a discussion about my concerns. He then completed an annual servicing of all components and professionally explained everything, including encouraging me to call again if I had anymore problems or concerns. Precision Is now my go-to for any future garage door issues and my annual servicer.

Justin was efficient, on time, and extremely thorough inspecting the whole door/tracks/operating mechanisms. Since one of the tension springs was obviously broken, diagnosing the problem was quick. He also found seized bearings and some damage to the actual door from trying to use the opener with a broken spring. He quickly replaced the bearings and springs. Then showed me where the non-broken spring was about to have the same fate. All in all, I could have purchase (hopefully) the correct replacement springs, missed the bad bearings and other damage, and safely made this repair myself. Glad I called Precision and Justin was available within a couple of hours, instead of having a car stuck in the garage for several days.

Stephen Z did a great job repairing/replacing our broken garage door opener. He arrived on time and carefully analyzed the problem. He gave a clear and concise estimate, offering a veteran discount. He had all needed parts on hand - nothing to order and delay the work. After the work was done, he showed me what he had done and how to operate the new equipment. And he was careful and thorough in answering all my questions. Would highly recommend to others.

My garage door opener decided it had enough and it was time for a new one. I called Precision Door and Justin was able to come out the same day I called. He had already been at my home once before so he was familiar with the issue. He explained everything and went through everything that needed to be done and did them in a very timely manner. He is very personable, friendly and very helpful! If I ever need service, I would only call Precision Door! I trust them and have been more than happy with their service.

The professionalism and communicative arts skilled of Stephen were outstanding. In today's world, you just don't find many customer service personnel with Stephen's abilities. He not only quickly serviced our garage door and its problem, but explained everything plainly to my wife and I. You are fortunate to have someone of his caliber working and representing your company. Please than Stephen again for us.

My new insulated garage was installed today. The door looks amazing and is very quiet. I wish I would have had a new garage door installed sooner. My choice to have Percision Door company do the installation was because their employees are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The Reviews online were excellent and their customers said they were very satisfied from start to finish. I totally agree and highly recommend Percision Company when you need a new door or service.Installers Shaun and Shaun were the best. Thanks to both of you

Stephen showed up, introduced himself and I showed him what I needed to have done. He gave the garage door a thorough inspection and explained all the pricing for what he had found. He replaced two springs and my garage door works fine. Stephen was a really nice guy, we had our service in the Army in common and talked about our experiences. You have a great employee and I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks.
