Same day service. Stephen was very helpful. Checked my garage door equipment and then discussed with me options. We came up with a plan. While more expensive than I hoped/wanted, I think it was worth my peace of mind. Stephen stayed until all was working well. I thought he went above and beyond to make sure all worked well and I was happy with the job.

Mitchell was on time, tightened all loose bolts, plus added a few, greased everything up, fixed the tension and was done with both the 2-car garage door as well as the 1-car garage door in about 30 minutes! First and most importantly a real live person does answer the phone. Operators are very kind and helpful. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the issues and gave 3 different choices on the repair. He did show me every moving part of the door that was wearing out. I felt "NO PRESSURE" from the technician and was very thankful to actually be shown what was wearing. Mitch was a true professional. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.
