I chose Precision because of the fantastic reviews. My husband’s truck was stolen at short term parking at DEN Airport and it was programmed for garage door access. Since the thieves had all the information needed to get into our house (vehicle registration, insurance) we needed to reprogram the sensors. Big shout out to Sean and Austin! They were were so kind and professional. Thank you!

Our spring broke on our garage door. Mitch came out and explained everything clearly and precisely. We were given two estimates to choose from depending on what our needs were at this time. I'm so glad we chose to have all the hardware upgraded. It is much more substantial and comes with a 20 Year Warranty. We are very pleased with the service we received!

1 less then 5 stars as the spring rod was bent on repair and left with 3” runout which would have pre prematurely worn out the bearing on the hubs. Precision was great about the obvious need for rework and did so promptly replacing the spring rod and providing a heavier duty unit. I would call on them again for service, sn honorable company to deal with.

Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars. Great workmanship and truly a personable guy. Bill

I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. Very happy with precision door.

The tech, Cory, was right on time. He told me more about my door than I ever knew. My problem was intermittent and, of course, didn't present while Cory was here. He checked out everything thoroughly. We talked about replacing my 20 year old door, but he did not pressure me. When I do decide to replace the door I will definitely give Precision a call.
