Mitch came out to give my parents a bid for a new garage door. Their garage door is 29 years old!! Mitch was so kind and very pleasant to work with. Precision door service exceeded my expectations. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Mitchell Fiewig was my technician and identified the problem quickly…a broken shaft to the sprocket. He recommended a few products and explained with the Genie Professional grade was the best option….which i selected. When i inquired about the veteran discount, Mitch honored it and gave me additional discount. Mitch eventually completed the work in 1.5 hours. Precision Door service also gave me a 20 year warranty. Basically, a $1100 package cost me $800. Hopefully you get Mitch. I also made a follow up inquiry with the company leadership. I received a call from Jason Zortman, the Owner of the company.
