I was pleased with the service. It was quick and easy to schedule. A belt had broken and I had thought they could just replace the belt, but it turned out my opener was too old and parts weren't made for it any longer. So I had to get a new opener, which was quite expensive, so that was a bit painful. But it was done by a tech who seemed to know what he was doing, and I'm very satisfied. I've seen your TV ads and my handyman recommended you to me.

Mitchell was on time, tightened all loose bolts, plus added a few, greased everything up, fixed the tension and was done with both the 2-car garage door as well as the 1-car garage door in about 30 minutes! First and most importantly a real live person does answer the phone. Operators are very kind and helpful. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the issues and gave 3 different choices on the repair. He did show me every moving part of the door that was wearing out. So I have been so worn out by bad customer service and the attitude that the customer is always wrong. I have not had a service experience as good as I did with Precision in so long I can't even remember. 1. I called and they had a technician out within an hour 2. They quoted a price and it actually was the price! No slight of hand or hidden charges. Straight forward business old school style 3. The technician was fast! We had a rude awakening this morning. The garage door spring broke. Change vehicles because my car is now locked in the garage.Get to work and call precision because I remember seeing a commercial that said they have trucks loaded with the repair parts. Get the appointment made for 10-12 time line, I later got a call from Mitch saying he’s ahead of schedule and he will be there at 9:30. He gave us 3 potential options to work with.
