Called Precision because I saw comments on other jobs they did in Divide. Got an appointment the next day. Was hoping to get Rocco to show up, but only Cory came. I appreciate excellence and professionalism, and Cory demonstrated both. Really knew his stuff, and had the door repaired faster than I had expected. Don't always know what you're going to get in terms of expertise these days, but Cory is the type of quality technician you'd hope for.

Stephen did solve my first problem. He replaced the south door opener completely, which I agreed I needed. Signals were getting to the unit (Light came on and off), but door would not move. We decided the head was kaput. As of now I have not received a receipt even though I have received an email directing me to this website. So our email link is is working. This problem can be fixed by sending me a receipt for what I have paid and for the work done. Maybe they just need to get Stephen back to town to complete the paper work? Finally, Stephen had opened my north door to access the garage and his truck. So when it was time to depart I tried to close it. Nada. I shall make the story short. Stephen stuck around and we debugged the situation. It is unclear why both garage doors failed within 24 hours of each other. But I am happy enough to invite Precision to return on Saturday to replace the north opener.

Zeke Israel arrived on time, surveyed my garage door problem and offered me a choice of three quotes to effect repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He completed repairs in less than an hour and appears to have done a good job. My thanks to Precision and Zeke for a good experience.

Called precision last night around 6:00pm after our garage wouldn’t open. The call was super quick and easy, they had a technician scheduled to come out the next morning. I appreciated the text/email updates leading up to the appointment and Stephen went above and beyond fixing the tension issue on the garage door opener. He was super knowledgeable and even took the time to reprogram one of our remotes that wasn’t working and explained how to do so in the future if we ever need to. 10/10 would recommend- thanks Stephen!
