Precision Garage Door Service was awesome! I woke up one morning and hit the garage door button, something I took for granted obviously, and nothing happened. So, I pulled the emergency tab to unlock the door from the opener track and tried to lift the door, and I almost pulled my back as the door felt like it weighed 500 pounds. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Jayson showed up diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had everything on his truck to fix the problem without even knowing what the issue was. The issue was basically the entire lifting mechanism on the door, the spring, drums, everything needed to be replaced on the builder grade install as the spring snapped and the rest of the equipment was second rate parts made of plastic. Jayson came in and informed me of the spring issue and the need to upgrade the rest of the parts. He was precise and very informative throughout the process and helped me make the right decisions for my needs. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone friend, family, or stranger as well as Jayson. Amazing experience from start to end.

Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell.
