I had the best experience with a local service provider in a long while with the Precision Garage Door Service, starting with the a very pleasant and professional lady who answered my call. She listened carefully and scheduled a technician to check my damaged garage door immediately on the same day. Stephen came right on time. He checked the damaged garage thoroughly and gave me an estimate that looked reasonable. He was thoroughly professional, very friendly and very upfront. At the end, I was very happy to see my garage repaired and it was all done on the same day I made the call after I goggled for garage door repair. I will not hesitate to seek out the Precision Garage Door Service for all my future garage door needs. I want to thank Stephen for the wonderful service he provided me in restoring my garage to a fully functioning garage door. He was the best and I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to interact with him. I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my Overhead Door opening system repaired after it was damaged. Stephen was actually able to arrive earlier than the appointment time (after he called to ensure that was ok) and was incredible knowledgeable and professional. I am completely satisfied with both his service and the replacement unit provided by Precision Door Co. When I eventually get my garage door replaced, I will definitely be going with this company to do so.
