The company I used in the past, American Overhead door, has gone out of business, and I looked for a new company. Precision was highly rated, and I was able to set up an appointment for an annual inspection and lubrication of my garage door within two days. Amazing! Stephen was thorough, explained everything and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company for good service in a timely manner.

Stephen was very helpful in explaining the status of our door and pointed out an omission that our builder made so that we can have them take care of it. I appreciated his thorough inspection and tune-up. It was a "exceeds expectations" experience.

Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I'm getting my new door through Precision. Plus they answer their phone 24/7. They just got a new customer and they deserve it!

Great same day service and cheaper than a competitor! I originally called due to a broken spring but asked the tech, Stephen Zerkel to check both doors which are over 20 years old. He explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and which ones are ok for now. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and I learned a lot about how garage doors operate. I truly believe he saved us from potential disasters!

I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items.    Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company. You are truly lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks again for the great service and very quick response. Craig & Victoria M. Colorado Springs

Really great all the way around. Quick service, great options for repair/cost depending on what I needed to repair the garage door. Kind, respectful human who was down to earth and professional. Confirmed with me what we were doing on repair day prior to starting. Clear and to easy read options. Stephen repaired the door and added my new unit. It has never sounded so quiet and functional. When I spend money, I want it to be purposeful and with good result. I definitely got that through Stephen with Precision Garage Door service. Thanks Bud!!
