I highly recommend Precision Garage Door; they were extremely prompt (less than 1 hour from call to office/serviceman on site), courteous, and most importantly - 100% honest! I had a very small issue ... my garage door sensors were slightly misaligned. My technician, Stephen Zerkel, immediately identified the problem and explained (after finishing his routine checklist) that's all that was needed. No attempt at upselling at all; just honesty. That goes a long way with me!

I received excellent service from Stephen Z. and his assistant. I called at 7:30am, and they were here at 10:00am. They traveled at least 85 miles.
