Same day service. Stephen was very helpful. Checked my garage door equipment and then discussed with me options. We came up with a plan. While more expensive than I hoped/wanted, I think it was worth my peace of mind. Stephen stayed until all was working well. I thought he went above and beyond to make sure all worked well and I was happy with the job.

Mitchell was on time, tightened all loose bolts, plus added a few, greased everything up, fixed the tension and was done with both the 2-car garage door as well as the 1-car garage door in about 30 minutes! I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.
