Great service by Brian in replacing my garage door cables and rollers. I also had warranty work done for one broken spring that was 4.5 years old. I recommend clearly stating on your website and invoices that if one warrantied spring breaks, that you will only replace that one broken spring, not both. Also, that faulty or broken springs are under warranty for 5 years.

New to the area and found Precision via positive reviews on line. I exhausted my abilities and needed a pro. I called and Precision was able to get out same day. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.

Our garage door had an electrical issue and did not operate. Steven quickly identified the issue and repaired the unit and ensured it operates now properly. In addition he re programmed the remotes as well as the wall opener.

I called Precision and, surprisingly, was able to get an appointment the same day ... very pleasant and helpful office staff. The technician (Brian) arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. He determined my keypad opener was shot and replaced it. Additionally, he serviced both garage doors and answered my questions regarding current doors and motor condition. Also, he was able to give me ballpark numbers (and emailed them with receipt) should we decide to look into replacing doors/motor. Highly recommend and will use services again.

Great! Surprised to get a same day appointment to fix a 16 foot garage door that jammed and bent both tracks. Brian called 20 minutes prior to arrival, came on time. Very cordial and knowledgeable about his trade. He got our door fixed and straightened the tracks so we didn't need replacement parts. What we thought was going to be a very expense repair turned out to be very reasonable. Brian got the door working again within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. Cory contacted us before arriving, showed up on time and had the work completed in less than an hour! We are up and running. Thank you Precise for taking care of us. We truly appreciate it, especially on a Sunday.

This is the second time Cory has helped me with my door. On both visits, he explained things thoroughly and gave me options—not pressure. Although the primary issue was a broken spring, since my double garage door is over 20 years old, and other parts were showing significant wear, I opted for replacing all the major components (except for the door opener). Cory had everything he needed with him, and did the work quickly and well. The door is working well and is quieter. I certainly recommend him and Precision Garage Door.
