Everybody told me that I needed a new garage door because my door would not stay closed. Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. He was the only person that was honest and stood by what he said I will continue to use precision for all of my garage door uses. My door opens and close is fine. A new door was not needed. Thank you so much. With the times that we live in it is amazing that somebody with integrity will come along and help a neighbor. I recommend them 100%..

I called on Friday evening and was able to get an appointment at 0830 on Saturday. Cory was on time, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a few options beyond just fixing the immediate issue, but there was no pressure. He gave me some great advice about extending the life of our garage door and got the work done quickly. I will absolutely use Precision again and hope that I can get Cory the next time we need work.

I was given Precision Garage Door name from a friend who had used your company previously. Happy to say they responded promptly to my call and a repair tech came out immediately the next morning (on a Saturday even) and even showed up at the beginning of the time window given which was greatly appreciated. Diagnosed issue immediately, needed a new opener as old system was 26 years old and finally bit the dust. Install took a little over an hour and technician even helped with setting up outside opener code as well as syncing the opener with my car. Then said I could call him if I needed additional help with the phone app to monitor and use system from my phone. All which was above and beyond the call for a great service. Will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends in the future.
