Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I'm getting my new door through Precision. Plus they answer their phone 24/7. They just got a new customer and they deserve it!

I didn't think any garage door repair business worked on weekends but when I googled it, I saw precision garage door which worked on weekends for no extra charge. They were able to schedule me first thing on Sunday morning and Justin arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. He looked at all parts of the garage door besides the broken spring and gave me a thorough diagnostics and estimate for repairs. I went with all the repairs as they definitely needed to be done but there was no pressure from Justin. He had all the repairs quickly fixed and we ran through all of the details and I was very satisfied with his work and dedication.
