Great company. Got the springs of our main garage replaced a couple years ago, and while coming back to do another job Cory noticed a mistake and fixed it on the spot. Says a lot when a company not only owns up to their mistakes but tells you and fixes them. Loyal customer gained.

Justin H serviced both of our doors, replaced all the rollers and a bracket, and made adjustments. Both doors go up and down easily now. He was courteous, professional, and fun to work with. We chose Precision Garage Door because two people in the church recommended them due to past good service on their home garage doors.

Extremely pleased. After concerns that my garage door would suddenly stop working I decided to give Precision Doors a try. My door was repaired by another company a couple months prior, apparently not correctly. I know why not warranty the work. Well they didn’t get it right the first time. I am pleased to say that Cory was a true professional. His knowledge and attention to detail eased my mind. He explained the process and got to work. Upon selection of the correct hardware it didn’t take long before he was done and ready to test everything. He ensured the door was balanced as to not put undue stress on the opener. He and even adjusted the garage door opener to ensure it opened and closed properly. In today’s economy people can’t afford to pay for shady work. There are some companies out there that have employees that don’t care or little knowledge to do the job. It’s trial and error when selecting a company. I’m pleased to say that I’m confident in the work Cory and Precision Doors did. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Justin came out and fixed my springs the same day. He was very fast, friendly and professional. He didn't try to upsell me or make me buy anything I didn't need. I'm definitely calling again when we get the door replaced.

This past Saturday I was preparing to leave and run a few errands. Our garage door was jammed, and I immediately knew I had to call to get it serviced. After calling several well know businesses (one which we had done business with for years) I felt that we were not given the best customer service!!! I remember seeing a commercial for your company, so I called and was able to talk with a live person who was so nice and told me that someone could come out that afternoon. She also said that there is no service fee, which made me very happy!!! Corey was assigned to come out to repair the door. My appointment was even moved up to an earlier time. Corey was so personable, assessed the damage and informed us what needed to be done, He was very knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the door perfectly. I know who we're calling in the future!!!!

Sean came by and was able to quickly assess the damage to our garage door. He gave us every option possible and explained how each option would look logistically. We were able to come to a decision that fit our budget at the time. With a plan for the future and when our budget grew. He was patient knowledgeable, personable and when it came time to do the work he quickly showed us why he was one of the best techs they could have sent to us. Thanks guys!

We are in a new construction house and the builder had garage doors installed and didn't bother to let us know that our garage door openers had features we were completely unaware of, like cameras and voice controls. Also, the builder put an under powered garage door opener on our large garage door and the belt was too tight. It made loud clunking noises every time it opened and closed. I called Precision and as advertised, they came out the same day! Service was amazing. After first inspecting, we were quoted a very reasonable price and the technician took his time and explained everything and let us know about the additional features that were available on our garage door openers. He even assisted in setting up the app to control and view our garage from anywhere in the world. All I can say is, I made the right decision by calling Precision!

The technician Cory was excellent. When I called in the scheduler was very helpful, and professional. I was told the technician could be available between 4 PM and 6PM. That was extremely quick as I hadn't called until 1PM when I found the door was broken. Corey called about 30 minutes later said he finished the job he was working early and asked if he could come by sooner. Bottom line I called at 1 and the job was completed by 4. He was very polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend Precision to friends and family any time.

I had used Precision before. The last guy that came in left a sticker right on top of my garage door opener, so I thought why not the did a good job before I'll use them again. I needed a spring on my two car garage. Jacob informed me that they are replaced in pairs. I was okay with that. I was not disappointed. Jacob was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of a garage door. Jacob checked everything. He showed me frayed cables so I replaced them too. I will be using Precision again, hopefully not soon.

The best thing about the Precision Garage Door folks was having a technician available on a SUNDAY afternoon to help me with my broken door! The tech assisted me in getting my car out of the garage then proceeded to secure the door parts in place to keep my house secure until I could get a new door as I had done an outstanding job of breaking it. The tech then told me about my options for a getting a replacement and when it could possibly be installed. Later that same week my new door arrive and another young man had the new door installed in just a few hours. He then checked the operation of the new door with me there to insure I was satisfied. After that he cleaned up the area, put my old door plus its assorted parts in his truck, and asked if there was anything else I needed. The Precision team did a great job and I highly recommend their service!
