Over the years I had been doing business with one of your competitors (OHD) and had been over priced and Shoddy work. I found you and decided at a whim to give you guys a try and was very impressed with the cost and work that Stephen Zephyr did. He was cordial and professional. I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.
