My wife called Precision to come look at what was wrong with our garage door. We found them online and they were immediately responsive and came out the next day. Was given an 8am-10am window and was surprised when Stephen Z showed up right around 8AM after getting a text that he was on his way. Stephen diagnosed the problem fast and explained both the problem and the solution quickly and easily and at a level I would understand. I say that because Stephen is an expert at what he does but explained the issue in a way I would understand without talking down to me (I've had that happen with repairs before). The price for repairs were honestly less then what I would've expected and having Stephen at my house didn't feel like a hassle. I highly recommend Percision and Stephen it if you find yourself with Garage Door problems. I will personally be telling everyone I know to go to precision from now on. Great guy. great service. Great work. I'd give it a 10 out of 5 if I could. ??????????

Our old(2004) garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My husband thought the motor had gone out. The technician explained that the motor noise indicated that the motor was going out; however, when it would quit could not be predicted. He showed me the other parts that were worn and in bad shape. I decided to have it all replaced. The price was reasonable, and we got a military discount. We are very satisfied with the new system and the courteous and professional work of the technician .

Our garage door broke on a Friday night and we had movers scheduled for Saturday morning. We call Overhead Door Saturday morning and they couldn't come out, even on Monday to fix. We just sold our house and closing was on Monday. Truly frustrated as we had used that company for many many years. We then called Precision and they gave us three options for Saturday and were there right on time. Technician was awesome and had our door fixed better than new. I was amazed they could fix it as i was sure it 2as going to need replaced. Precision saved the day, the new owners of our home will have a hassle free door for many years to come. If you need work done on your garage, call these guys! Service is amazing and customer service is on God levels! I am thankful to have Mitch take care of my garage last year and Stephen this year. Both of these guys were easy to talk to and put me at ease with my garage. Two different issues were taken care of by Precision Garage Door Service both times with heart. The most recent issue I called at 10:30 pm and a person picked up the phone calmly and reassured me my emergency would be taken care of and I had someone at my house the next day. I can't promote these guys enough.
