I called Precision Garage Door yesterday to request a free estimate on a garage door replacement. They scheduled the estimate for today. The customer service and communication with everyone at Precision Garage Door has been superb. Andrew was the professional assigned to my job. He called me when he was on his way to my house this morning and he arrived as scheduled and on time. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He ran several scenario estimates for me and immediately emailed them to me upon his departure. No high pressure sales tactics. In fact, we had a wonderful conversation while he was here and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. I’m still collecting quotes, but I wanted to leave this review now just to share how pleasant the initial contact experience was.

I was looking and you seemed to have great reviews. After chatting online with a scheduler, Mitchell the technician called me within 30 minutes and he said he’d be there in an hour. He was able to fix my problem quickly and with ease. Very knowledgeable and great customer service as he explained every detail… even if I had questions he’d be sure I understood the answer.. thank you so much!!!

I received excellent service from Stephen Z. and his assistant. I called at 7:30am, and they were here at 10:00am. They traveled at least 85 miles. The motor, belt drive and remote were replaced along with the outside keypad and rollers. The door runs quieter and smoother. Thank you for the prompt service.

I asked several friends and coworkers whom they felt was the most reliable and/or affordable. Most said Precision. They cost about the same as the other companies I inquired about a new door install, but I felt Josh really gave me honest feedback on my situation. I would recommend

I chose this company because the service call fee was about 40 dollars less than the company that I was going to go through. I'm very happy with the service I received and the technician was incredibly nice and professional. (Mitchell)

Needed to get a second opinion on our garage door opener and remembered seeing the commercial on TV for Precision. Decided to give them a call-Josh came out that afternoon and gave us his opinion of a situation plus a few options available. Decided on getting a new opener. Josh was out next day, went to work right away and was done in no time. He explained how to operate the opener and answered questions. Josh was professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to anybody who asks if we know of a good garage door business.
