Needed to get a second opinion on our garage door opener and remembered seeing the commercial on TV for Precision. Decided to give them a call-Josh came out that afternoon and gave us his opinion of a situation plus a few options available. Decided on getting a new opener. Josh was out next day, went to work right away and was done in no time. He explained how to operate the opener and answered questions. Josh was professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to anybody who asks if we know of a good garage door business.

Thank you Precision! We called because our garage door was broken, and needed a new spring and motor. Your technician Andrew Macejak was dispatched almost immediately after our call (on a Saturday no less) and was on the scene right away. He gave us estimates with different price options nearly instantly and then performed the repair we requested with maximum efficiency. The work Andrew did was outstanding. It's been a week since the repair and everytime we use the door we're astounding at how quiet the door is and how quickly it opens and closes. Thanks to Andrew for his diligent work! 5 star service, and excellent workmanship all around.
