Five stars all the way! When I initially called to make an appointment I received answers on the phone (such as price's of parts and service) that most companies are reluctant to tell. When Zeke the Technician arrived (well within the window of time given) he was helpful, informative, and professional. The quote was upfront with nothing being hidden. His work was fast and thorough. After his repair work was completed my garage door worked better and ran smoother than it ever has. If I ever have a problem with my door again, I know who to trust.

It was a pleasure to do business with these guys! One of our garage door springs broke and we needed a replacement quickly. It broke about 7:00 in the evening and Precision was able to get a technician out at 8:30 the next morning. Zeke did a complete inspection of our garage door and opener. Explained what work was needed and gave me three options from which to choose. The work was completed in an hour. Zeke was polite, efficient and helped me understand all the options.

Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.
