Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Mitch was courteous, professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. He arrived within a hour of my initial call. I liked that he called to say when he would arrive. He gave me three options, and I went with just springs. No pressure to go with higher end fixes. I got texts and emails from the company, before and after the service as well. The electronic invoice arrived a couple minutes after the service. Considering that the cost and availability of parts has gone way up during the past year or so, Precision's price was competitive. Your high-quality website initially drew me to make the call. And they had the parts, while another well-known local company had a 2-week wait time for service! Superb Service..!!! I called in for a "tune up" for my newly installed garage door. Same day appointment,,, nice...... tech calls and arrived early,,, excellent... When the tech, John, arrived, he was polite, professional, and listened to my comments, questions, concerns.. John is very knowledgeable, he competently made adjustments to the springs, and adjusted the garage door opener settings.. he oiled the garage door and provided information on how I can perform basic maintenance.. One word would sum up my experience today and it is WOW! Courteous professional service from the phone call through the entire process. We were given a service window from 3-5, the technician arrived at 2:55 and was able to resolve our problem in one hour. Our garage door has never worked this good. Did I mention this all happened on a Saturday! Thank you!

Our garage spring broke when we got home. And of course we were in panic mode in trying to find someone to come and replace the spring. We were able to find Precision online with amazing ratings. We contacted Precision and they were able to send someone over the next day which was amazing. Their quick response to help was so grateful. now I see why they have great ratings. We were also interested in changing our current garage opener to a belt driven one and they were able to do the install the same day. Mitchell was AWESOME!!! He was able to replace our spring and install the new opener. Hands down that Precision is the best.

I was so impressed! I called and expected an appointment for next week or even a few weeks out- they offered to get me scheduled that same day!
