Stephen Zerkel far exceeded our expectations. Not only did he solve our problems, but he took the time to explain the reasons for his recommendations. What started out as a broken garage door spring turned out to be a bigger job and Stephen adjusted his schedule to accomplish it all. Stephen replaced the garage door spring, rollers, garage door opener, remotes and wall control. (All were over 20 years old) Stephen's professionalism, knowledge, communicative arts skill, combined with his exceptional customer service skills are a great credit to your organization. These days we find very few firms' representatives who possess any customer service skills. I had heard about your firm, with nothing but glowing remarks during several conversations with friends. Plus, I became very dissatisfied with one your top named competitors. When I checked your website, I was totally impressed with your BBB and other ratings. We will be recommending you to our friends and fellow workers.

My daughter found you on Google. Our repairman John showed up on time with coffee and breakfast biscuits. He assessed the situation and presented me with several options to repairing my garage door. After choosing one he got straight to work an finished in what seemed like a short time. It was a stress free pleasant experience. John’s work was excellent! My garage door performs better than it did when it was brand new, whisper quiet and solid. I cant say enough about John and the company I wanted to mention the work was done early on a Sunday morning at no extra charge!

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. The earliest the competition could come out was two weeks later, but offered to come out the same day if I was willing to pay an emergency fee of $300. I called Precision and they not only didn't have an emergency fee, but they were able to come out the same day. John arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts with him to complete the repair. Thank you John for your excellent customer service!

I trusted your advertising and decided that I would 'give you a try'; boy was that ever a good decision - you are indeed what you advertise - Precision!! Mitch Fiewig was our installer and he was amazing; he was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient; he asked specific questions to help analyze our door and opener issues, and once he checked out the door & opener's operation, he offered us two options (repair door only or repair door & replace opener); he repaired the issues with the door, installed the new Wi-Fi enabled door opener, and WOW what a difference; the door works better than ever, the opener is super quiet and we are very happy we decided to 'give you a try!' You have earned our trust and will be our 'go to' garage door guru's should we have any further issues; If all of your installers are as good as Mitch, then you definitely have earned the right to call your company the Precision Garage Door company as it's obvious you take pride in what you do and how you treat your customers! Thanks!
