Couldn't be happier with the response and work repairing my garage door. Same day response when the garage door motor broke. Sean kept us informed and worked late to replace the motor and service our other doors. Polite, friendly and professional the whole time. My doors had run rough since they were installed, but with Sean's expertise, tuning them up, they are running much smoother. Couldn't be happier.

All my interactions with Precision Garage Door Service were excellent. I called the office a couple of times, the phone was answered promptly by a very courteous lady. The service was scheduled promptly. Cory, the door technician was very professional and friendly; he was very knowledgable. 25 year old garage door opener finally died. Technician arrived for first appointment in morning. He had a replacement on his truck and replaced in an hour. He answered all my questions explaining everything carefully and courteously. He even reprogrammed my car garage door opener. Overall, I appreciated his professionalism and manner. I was told 1 hour advance notice of arrival, it was 15 minutes. Tech was rude smart ass and bragged to my tenant he was paid $82 per hour and sits his truck alot. Way over priced. Did not touch the existing opener.
