I read other reviews for Precision and everyone was right about Justine! He got the work done faster than I expected, I had buggered it up well. He also corrected numerous issues Ankmar caused during installation and "repairs" to the system. They had to send a 2nd guy to fix what the 1st guy (subcontractor) "fixed" and charged us twice! The Justine fixed the roller tracks and the system is quieter and smoother now than new. Justine was friendly, pleasant, checked the second small door while here. The door fits better to the opening now than after Ankmar installation or "repairs"! I keep mentioning Ankmar so you out smart me and don"t use them.Justine had everything needed with him, one stop and done. He made sure to clean up at the end. I only wish he had left a sticker for Precision Door Company to paste over top of the Ankmar decal by the opener switch. I researched several "Best Garage Door Companies" in Colorado Springs lists on the internet and Precision was mentioned the most. Not a chain, local, and highest rating from BBB. I actually read a lot of reviews before calling. Appreciated the Senior, First Responder, and Military Discounts are offered. Lots of companies don't thank the military, cops, firemen,paramedics, and others out there 24-7 taking care of business. I added this company to my phone contact list and bookmarked their website. Rarely do that , especially for a business. Also rarely do a review.

Was quoted a 300 dollar price for a spring replacement and technician tried to upscale me to a 3000 dollar door replacement. NO THANKS! Called another company and had both springs replaced within an hour.

I have 2 doors. Left one came off track and fell. Unrepairable. Called my previous repair. They couldn't get out until late evening and at a big emergency charge. Brian arrived in 20 min, assessed the problem, Recommendation of two door repl, since they were over 20 yrs. old. TCost incl using the opener still intact and moving it to the left side. New opener to be installed on a wall mount. My garage needs many upgrades. His expertise saved me time and money. patient, knowledgeable and just a nice guy! Teamwork plus here! Was able to make an online appointment for the same day; as their TV commercials advertised. And the Technician, Sean B, had all the necessary parts to do the repairs; also in the TV advertising. He provided me a thorough estimate for the necessary repairs. He did the repairs in under 45 minutes to include installation of 2 springs, ball bearings, cables, and 10 rollers, and lubrication. Asked if I had any questions on the completed repairs and if I had any issues with the remotes or the garage door opener. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous.

Got up one morning this winter and when opening the garage door the spring broke. I have used Precision one time in the past to replace a cable so, I called and they had Brain out in a few hours. He replaced the spring and a few other components to update my over 20 year door. He was done in an hour and a half leaving the door working like new.

Everybody told me that I needed a new garage door because my door would not stay closed. Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. He was the only person that was honest and stood by what he said I will continue to use precision for all of my garage door uses. My door opens and close is fine. A new door was not needed. Thank you so much. With the times that we live in it is amazing that somebody with integrity will come along and help a neighbor. I recommend them 100%..

I called on Friday evening and was able to get an appointment at 0830 on Saturday. Cory was on time, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a few options beyond just fixing the immediate issue, but there was no pressure. He gave me some great advice about extending the life of our garage door and got the work done quickly. I will absolutely use Precision again and hope that I can get Cory the next time we need work.
