Precision recently installed a new garage door opener and we are very satisfied with the work. They returned promptly when we reported that the heavy, solid wood door was leaving a small gap on the concrete floor. The door springs were quickly adjusted and now the door seals completely on the floor. Great service!

I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items. Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company. Justin came out to fix my garage door today and he was awesome! Not only was Justin detailed in his observation and work, he was very professional, pleasant and a nice guy. When I called the office, the representative was very nice and courteous as well. Precision door service exceeded my expectations. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Mitchell Fiewig was my technician and identified the problem quickly…a broken shaft to the sprocket. He recommended a few products and explained with the Genie Professional grade was the best option….which i selected. When i inquired about the veteran discount, Mitch honored it and gave me additional discount. Mitch eventually completed the work in 1.5 hours. Precision Door service also gave me a 20 year warranty. Basically, a $1100 package cost me $800. Hopefully you get Mitch. I also made a follow up inquiry with the company leadership. I received a call from Jason Zortman, the Owner of the company. I value company’s that invest in their customers. Jason has that philosophy. Bottom line….i recommend Precision Door Service. When my next garage door breaks….I’m giving them a call and I’m going to ask for Mitch. Sincerely….Michael Armijo
