Hi Just wanted to mention couple of things. The estimate I was given was for one spring evidently. 235.00 installed. I think that should be mentioned when asking for a quote this is for one installed. Plus it was never mentioned that the bearing cost is not included I needed 3 because of the double springs. I called on Friday about 1 and they were here quickly, the rep was professional, the job was done in about an hour and the garage door is working well. The only downside is they are expensive! Wanted $500 for the job! We ended up paying $400. I guess that’s the price for quick service on a Friday afternoon.

Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. After an hour or so I tried to connect to my internet and was finally successful.

I wish I could give 5 stars. I can't due to the technician arriving an hour and 15 minutes after the late end of my appointment window. My appointment was 2pm to 4pm. He didn't show up til 5:15. I received a call at about 1:50pm stating my technician was running behind and would be here by the late end of my appointment window. I also found out my technician was the only one scheduled to work today out of 8 technicians. The technician called at about 4:15 saying he was on the way and was about an hour away. Sorry, this is a schedule problem and a dispatch problem. These issues pushed my appointment to the end of the day to fix your company's errors. I'm sorry this is not my fault. While the technician was friendly and did a good job, I'm disappointed that I was still charged the full price (minus a veteran discount). I believe this warranted a greater discount than I received. I received a thank you for my business but no apology for your company's schedule and dispatch errors.

Our garage took a sudden dive. Precision’s schedule was clear and transparent. I felt like I was able to plan ahead with my day. Stephen Zerkel, our tech, was a pleasure to have repairing our garage. The man knows his stuff and shared some very useful tips for the upcoming winter season. Lastly, Stephen was on schedule for a certain period and thought of splitting his days up as my garage needed a lot of work and it was getting closer to the evening. Instead, he worked passed the hours of what was originally thought, he did so knowing tomorrow he didn’t have an open slot. Greatly appreciate the work you do!

Will arrive within the mentioned time frame and access the issue with the door. Replaced the springs and recommend the cable and bearing be replaced also. I forgot to ask him why the springs were not centered on the pole. I have always seen dbl springs in the center in the past instances. Any response is appreciated.

Had Installed genie opener in January It broke 5 months later in June (optical wheel broke). Under warranty, but would not buy another genie. Tech and service great 5 stars. Gave it ,,4 stars due to poor quality vs defective product, warranty is 5 years I believe Wonder if it will last that long?

1 less then 5 stars as the spring rod was bent on repair and left with 3” runout which would have pre prematurely worn out the bearing on the hubs. Precision was great about the obvious need for rework and did so promptly replacing the spring rod and providing a heavier duty unit. I would call on them again for service, sn honorable company to deal with.
