Stephen did solve my first problem. He replaced the south door opener completely, which I agreed I needed. Signals were getting to the unit (Light came on and off), but door would not move. We decided the head was kaput. As of now I have not received a receipt even though I have received an email directing me to this website. So our email link is is working. This problem can be fixed by sending me a receipt for what I have paid and for the work done. Maybe they just need to get Stephen back to town to complete the paper work? Finally, Stephen had opened my north door to access the garage and his truck. So when it was time to depart I tried to close it. Nada. I shall make the story short. Stephen stuck around and we debugged the situation. It is unclear why both garage doors failed within 24 hours of each other. But I am happy enough to invite Precision to return on Saturday to replace the north opener.

I found your contact through a Home Advisor website.I do not live near the location I own a property at ,that is being prepared to sell. It was easy as pie, to find you via this site. You solved all my complications, by going to the place of necessity repair/upgrades, without me having to be present. You answered efficiently and in good timing, whereas others on that website for other issues have not even returned my inquiries. I thank for taking one of my more important concerns, off my "to do" list.
