Amazing service from Mitch. Diagnosed our issue within minutes of arrival. Came back the next day with all the parts to fix the issue. Fixed issue in about 30 minutes of which I thought would be a 1 to 2 hour job. Was on time, actually early. He was extremely courteous and professional. I chose Precsion for the quality, sturdiness, high R rating, and esthetics. It's beautiful and with side mount motors, very quiet. Another feature I like is security with a locking pin that prevents attempted openings. Gives me a better feeling of security. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They came out the next day on a weekend and fixed our broken garage spring. Paid for the higher end fix and now the door is quieter than when the builder put it in.
