Our garage spring broke when we got home. And of course we were in panic mode in trying to find someone to come and replace the spring. We were able to find Precision online with amazing ratings. We contacted Precision and they were able to send someone over the next day which was amazing. Their quick response to help was so grateful. now I see why they have great ratings. We were also interested in changing our current garage opener to a belt driven one and they were able to do the install the same day. Mitchell was AWESOME!!! He was able to replace our spring and install the new opener. Hands down that Precision is the best.

I chose Precision because it's a veteran owned company, and well "precision" is important to me too. I had a torsiin spring break and since it was installed by the home builder i was concerned that it was the incorrect spring. Mitchell showed up early for the appointment, but he called and made sure it would be okay. I said yes, but I would be at work and he would need to deal with my wife since I wouldn't be there. Now, you need to understand, my wife is very frustrated that she had been unable to park her prized Subaru in the garage for a day. I'm expecting Mitchell to just tell me he'll come at the regular time. After all my Subaru driving wife scares me, in some way she's guaranteed to rip this technician up and hide the body in the Nevada desert with Jimmy Hoffa. To my surprise Mitchell is up to the challenge and agrees to put in the effort and risk his life. He showed up 1 hour early, and within 30 minites he managed to save the world!. He spoke with my wife, provided a quote, replaced two of the correct springs (the originals were undersized), balance the door, lube the track and rollers, and ultimately made my wife happy when she pulled the Subaru back into its cave for protection like it wad the bat mobile or something. Thank you Mitchell for keeping me alive for another few days! And. Thank you Precision for employing someone who is not only able but willing to provide such a globally impact full service to your customers. This nuclear disaster was averted. Now.....do you guys do sprinkler repair?

I chose Precsion for the quality, sturdiness, high R rating, and esthetics. It's beautiful and with side mount motors, very quiet. Another feature I like is security with a locking pin that prevents attempted openings. Gives me a better feeling of security. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions. I don't remember all installers names except for Zeke, Jefferies, and Mitchell (who help me at the start with garage door selection.)
