They came out the next day on a weekend and fixed our broken garage spring. Paid for the higher end fix and now the door is quieter than when the builder put it in. I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down.
