I called for an estimate and four hours later my garage opened with an opener! A previous company I called made it sound like it would take multiple days to troubleshoot my “older” garage. They came out the next day on a weekend and fixed our broken garage spring. Paid for the higher end fix and now the door is quieter than when the builder put it in. Other companies wanted me to wait a week just to get our car out and didn’t have parts to fix it. Everyone was professional and got things done quick.

I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down. I looked Precision up and was happy to find out that they were working this Sunday and immediately got an appointment for that same day. The Technician arrived when promised, assessed the problem and had my door up and running with in an hour. I would highly recommend Precision and will use them for future jobs.

Came out right away and, unlike your competitor, did not upcharge us for the same day service. Had the right size springs on hand and caught a bearing issue that could have caused more damage later if not detected. Mitch is a friendly and efficient service tech and gave us a military discount! We were in a bit of a desperate situation: our garage door wouldn't open and both of our cars were parked in the garage. One phone call was all it took. Your technician advised us that our garage door was a brand they would not be able to order parts for and subsequently would not be able to make the necessary repairs. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I called them at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had a guy out there at 11 ! He saw that my door had simply popped out of track and fixed in about 30 seconds and made sure I knew how to fix if happens again...only a very reasonable trip charge. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!
