Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks. Made his recommendation and cost estimate and i accepted and he got right to work. i will in the future call Precision first and will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors in the future.

I am extremely grateful for Precision Overhead Garage Door for being available the very same day the springs broke and I could not open my garage door nor use my car. An expert technician, Stephen Zerkel, arrived within a few hours and amazingly and with precision replaced the springs and rollers and I now have a smooth operating garage door like new! THANK YOU, STEPHEN!

Service is superior! Called mid-afternoon on a Friday and Stephen arrived only a couple hours later to fix my broken garage door. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable! Went above and beyond! We had dinner reservations and had planned a date night for the first time in years and he was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare to get to the restaurant. I don't typically leave reviews but Stephen and Precision Door deserved one! Job well done!

From the first phone call to the end of the job extremely professional. Our garage door broke of course on the coldest day of the year, they were out to the house in less than an hour. Stephen Z did a great job fixing and explaining what happened. Thanks again Precision for coming to our rescue!

Wanted to take a moment to thank Stephen Zerkel for the amazing customer service he provided for us tonight when fixing our garage door; Stephen arrived right on time, explained what the problem was, how it happened, and then had our garage door fixed quickly and professionally. What a great service technician and a perfect representative for Precision Overhead Door. How many companies today can you say give great customer service? Definitely can say that about Precision Door and their employees. Thanks again, Stephen. We appreciated your courteous and prompt service!

Called as is Veteran owned. Service Man Stephen was terrific- wrote up costs & ordered my commercial grade springs- paid my 50% down- looking forward to completion in 1-2 weeks. Will note: intial call to answering / scheduling service did not go well. When i called back the new person was super helpful & understood what was needed( & was going to find out who the 1st person i spoke to was as was very rude).

Precision came to fix my garage door because the light in my garage door opener stopped working and the door itself had not been right since I moved in. They came, listen to me, and when they heard about the light in the opener, that’s when they zeroed in on everything. Except for the door and the rails, I think everything else is new and it works like a charm! I am so happy with everything they did, I no longer see daylight inside the garage! It was a job well done and I’m sorry I waited so long.

I called a few different companies and no one responded to my messages except for Precision. My technician was very courteous; he had to call my job and was, unfortunately, on hold for 15 minutes! The price was EXCELLENT! I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door services.

Steve and Cody were professional and courteous and timely. The service exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen the ads on TV and like fact that yours is a veteran owned company and are BBB rated. After a door inspection, the recommendation was to replace bearings, rollers, and of course the broken spring. I said yes to all. Garage door now operates much more smoothly and is quieter. You will be the first company I call for any other garage door related issues.

Awesome service! Our garage door broke on Sunday and I had called another place which they wanted a huge service fee just to come out. I called Precision and from the gal who answered the phone until the time the technician arrived I had nothing but great service from phone calls to text and emails with communication on when the technician would be at our house. The technician was professional and kind and the prices were fair. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Precision Door for help with my Liftmaster and the MYQ app. It takes 2 people to sync the process. Stephen Zerkel was the assigned technician. He called me prior to arrival and changed a light bulb on the Liftmaster but had never worked with the App. I lost the app and my opener secondary to a city wide outage of power. I could not retrieve the app and Stephen offered me many suggestions. When we were unable to accomplish it he stated he would call his boss for help. He and I decided to keep trying different approaches and then were successful. His willingness to pursue the problem despite no experience was a definite plus for me. He was kind and courteous and definitely a fine representative of the company. He should not only be given a pay raise but also a promotion for his persistence in solving the problem that he was not prepared for.

I’ve dealt with a broken garage door for a year. I finally had enough and was referred to Precision Door. I called at 9 a.m. and two hours later Stephen showed up and had my door fixed within the hour. Friendly, professional, and affordable service. It was great. Why did I wait so long to call! I highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
