I’ve dealt with a broken garage door for a year. I finally had enough and was referred to Precision Door. My wife called Precision to come look at what was wrong with our garage door. We found them online and they were immediately responsive and came out the next day. Was given an 8am-10am window and was surprised when Stephen Z showed up right around 8AM after getting a text that he was on his way. Stephen diagnosed the problem fast and explained both the problem and the solution quickly and easily and at a level I would understand. I say that because Stephen is an expert at what he does but explained the issue in a way I would understand without talking down to me (I've had that happen with repairs before). The price for repairs were honestly less then what I would've expected and having Stephen at my house didn't feel like a hassle.
