Referred by my ex-husband that Precision did a great job and was very happy with them. Stephen Zerkel came out today to my house, courteous, helpful, explained the chain being loose, oiled the tracks, set the operator to normal closing garage door because it was trying to go past the closing set. Stephen was prompt, knowledgeable, discovered a number of problems, and explained everything in detail. Besides the problem I knew about, he found a number of other things wrong, mainly a general lack of maintenance by previous owners. He got everything working smoothly and we are so pleased. A little pricey, but with everything that was wrong, I'm not surprised. Certainly beats buying a complete new door and opener. Highly recommended. I will use again if needed.

If you need work done on your garage, call these guys! Service is amazing and customer service is on God levels! I am thankful to have Mitch take care of my garage last year and Stephen this year. Both of these guys were easy to talk to and put me at ease with my garage. Two different issues were taken care of by Precision Garage Door Service both times with heart. The most recent issue I called at 10:30 pm and a person picked up the phone calmly and reassured me my emergency would be taken care of and I had someone at my house the next day. Stephen did solve my first problem. He replaced the south door opener completely, which I agreed I needed. Signals were getting to the unit (Light came on and off), but door would not move. We decided the head was kaput. As of now I have not received a receipt even though I have received an email directing me to this website. So our email link is is working. This problem can be fixed by sending me a receipt for what I have paid and for the work done. Maybe they just need to get Stephen back to town to complete the paper work? Finally, Stephen had opened my north door to access the garage and his truck. So when it was time to depart I tried to close it. Nada. I shall make the story short. Stephen stuck around and we debugged the situation. It is unclear why both garage doors failed within 24 hours of each other. But I am happy enough to invite Precision to return on Saturday to replace the north opener.

I had one of my springs break on my garage door this morning. I called both Ankmar and Overhead Door and they both wanted to charge me $250 for an emergency repair plus the cost of new springs and labor.
