So I have been so worn out by bad customer service and the attitude that the customer is always wrong. I have not had a service experience as good as I did with Precision in so long I can't even remember. 1. I called and they had a technician out within an hour 2. They quoted a price and it actually was the price! No slight of hand or hidden charges. Straight forward business old school style 3. The technician was fast! He was knowledgeable, friendly , well presented and appreciative for our business. 4. I am a dedicated, lifelong customer to them now Thank you for providing such an easy and satisfying experience... Please don't change!

We had a rude awakening this morning. The garage door spring broke. Change vehicles because my car is now locked in the garage.Get to work and call precision because I remember seeing a commercial that said they have trucks loaded with the repair parts. Get the appointment made for 10-12 time line, I later got a call from Mitch saying he’s ahead of schedule and he will be there at 9:30. He gave us 3 potential options to work with. Our technician (Logan) did an excellent job of replacing 2 springs on a 2-car garage door. We called on a Sunday afternoon and got a prompt response for scheduling service first thing Monday morning. After inspection, it was recommended that we also replace the rollers Job was completed in less than 2 hours. The result is a fully functional door that is much quieter! I recommended Precision to our HOA maintenance coordinator for future jobs in the neighborhood.

Called A1 garage door the ones I Had a warranty with and they tell me they can’t be here till Monday even with my door stuck open 3’. Then was told if I wanted to pay a ER fee of $199 they could come out Saturday. So $199 plus what they wanted to replace spring and whatever else. Was told by manager they couldn’t find me or my invoices in the system but lady that answered phone did. Any way Called Precision Garage Door at 1:45 and got a appointment for between 2and 4 same day Friday 3, 2023. Hmmmm Logan called and said he was on his way when he got here Was very knowledgeable and friendly I asked him if there was a way to make the door opening and closing quieter and he told me yes and why needs to be done. So I agreed. He replaced the springs and what he suggested to make it quite. Was a little over a Hour and he was done. Never have herd the quaintness of the door before this was sooo nice.
