Hi Just wanted to mention couple of things. The estimate I was given was for one spring evidently. 235.00 installed. I think that should be mentioned when asking for a quote this is for one installed. Plus it was never mentioned that the bearing cost is not included I needed 3 because of the double springs. My garage door spring snapped causing cables to break as well. This happened Tuesday night. I went online to scheduled appointment and was surprised to see they had an opening the next morning. Brian showed up at 9:00 Wednesday morning and installed new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings. Total repair was installed in under 2 hours. These guys are good! Highly recommend.

All of it has been done the same day as requested in the technicians have been amazing. It’s a rare to find a company today that provides 24/7 access for services. Kudos to you for providing it. Our technician, Steven arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs, and completely the installation of a new door opener in short order. He was thorough in his explanation of why the repair performed was necessary and gave us a detailed estimate before beginning his work. Stephen configured the new opener with our two vehicles and our external keypad. He also explained how we can utilize the Aladdin app to monitor our garage door activity — an added asset that provides peace of mind in the security of our home. All-in-all a very good experience.

Good quality and quick service. I called earlier in the day, and Brian was there between 4 pm and 6 pm, like they said they would be. He quickly assessed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in just under an hour. I was able to get my cars out of the garage again with a smooth, much quieter garage door.

Just love Precision Garage Door! We had a small problem with our new door and Justin Higgenbothem was our tech. He came earlier than our appt. because he was in the area and that was great not having to wait. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately and checked the rest of the door. He also helped us program our opener to our car! Great experience per usual. And, based on our recommendation four of our neighbors have new Precision garage doors!
