Justin inspected the garage door and recommended some wheel replacements and the addition of a strut. This in addition to recommending a new garage door opener. The opener was installed quickly and efficiently. The door now opens quieter and more smoothly.

Justin arrived today on time as scheduled. He performed routine maintenance on our 2 garage doors. He found a couple of loose bolts and lubricated all the rollers which had become dry. No other problem conditions were found. I am pleased with the maintenance he completed. Rich Redfield

Precision kept me informed of when my appointment was scheduled via email and text which was extremely helpful to me. Precision sent me an email and text with the technician information. The technician was very friendly professional courteous and explained what needed to be replaces. The technician replaced the broken spring and stated that the garage door should not be used as often as it had been in the past until all repairs are completed.

Our garage broke late in the evening on a Friday leaving 2 vehicles stuck inside and we couldn’t manually lift the garage to get out. We were able to get service with Justin the next morning right at 8:00am when other providers couldn’t get to us till after the weekend. Service was prompt and fabulous. Military discount was much appreciated and being able to get our cars out again in a pinch. Garage works better than it did in years. Highly recommend!
