I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items. Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company. Justin came out to fix my garage door today and he was awesome! Not only was Justin detailed in his observation and work, he was very professional, pleasant and a nice guy. When I called the office, the representative was very nice and courteous as well. It was good that the office kept me informed by texting me about the appointment and the technician that would be arriving at my house. I would use Precision again! Thank you Justin!!!

Great service. Our garage door spring broke last night. I called Precision Garage Door this morning. Mitch came out within an hour, verified the spring was broken and identified the bearings were bad as well. Repairs were completed within an hour and the door works better than it has ever worked. Great job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Mitchell was our tech and he was awesome. He replaced large springs and opener himself in under 2 hours! Very conscientious and quality work. Needed it done and he did initial visit tues after 5pm and came back wed at 1pm and had everything needed and fully installed before 3pm. The Company is lucky to have Mitchell. ! Thank you.
