I can’t say enough good things about this company. About a year ago I needed my garage door serviced and knew I would be replacing it within a year. I use precision garage door for the service. They did a great job so when it was time for me to get a new garage door I didn’t hesitate to call precision garage door. When the gentleman came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, he gave me multiple options at different price points, which I really appreciate he even came up with items. I had not thought of to make my decision easier when the garage door install time came communication was excellent and Elvis the installer did a phenomenal job. He communicated with me during the install showed me the panels before they were installed. After the product was installed, you showed me how to operate everything and even help me set up the codes on my keypad and where to hit the learn program button on the garage to program my car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

This entire process was as easy as it can get. Booked online, tech called enroute within the time window and was finished in about 40 minutes. Brian was very friendly, on time, professional, got to work right away and was done quickly. Our spring snapped and Brian came in, identified some issues (because the door was noisy going up and down), we agreed on what to fix and my door is running nice and smooth. He made some recommendations as well to maintain and DIY stuff. The whole process was so dang easy! Thanks Brian for being professional and friendly! I've been using Precision Garage Door for several years as in my opinion, they are simply the best in town. While other large companies have installed the original garage doors on two of my houses, I've found that when I have an issue that needs to be addressed, the other big companies are not readily available to come out and take care of your problem. In my latest incident, I simply went on Precisions website and two different options for the same day to have them come out and determine exactly what the problem was. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Steven Z, who found that the original (only 3 years old) garage door opener while installed correctly, the door tension itself was too tight and the door was out of balance creating additional tension when opening the door. That combined with an under-powered motor lead to its failure in just a few short years. They happened to have the right opener in stock and were out the next day to replace and at the same time, re-tension the door properly so that it was balanced correctly. The door now works perfectly and I look forward to many years of operation out of the new opener. While the other "big" company is fine, I have found that Precision is more customer focused and cares deeply about their customers, which is huge in my mind. As I told Stephen, I feel that Precision is a "Customer Service" company that sells and services garage doors. Couldn't be happier with the price and service that I received.

From the time calling the office they were quickly on it with a technician. Tech then called me and set up a time that day to come out to check out what the problem was. Got a new opener installed the next day. Tech Cory s was very professional with myself and my tenant. Loved it was local and veteran owned. Definitely would recommend them !

I have been using Precision Garage Door Service for 4 years. They do wonderful work. They tune up all 4 of my garage doors wonderfully. When I have an "emergency" they are here the same day. The technicians that have helped me are extremely knowledgeable, professional and nice.
