I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.

Called me back within 30 minutes. Scheduled repair for the same day. Jason arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Suggested a better type of lubricant (I had been using WD40). I could not have been more satisfied with the speed and quality of the service.

First and most importantly a real live person does answer the phone. Operators are very kind and helpful. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the issues and gave 3 different choices on the repair. He did show me every moving part of the door that was wearing out. I felt "NO PRESSURE" from the technician and was very thankful to actually be shown what was wearing. Mitch was a true professional. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

So I have been so worn out by bad customer service and the attitude that the customer is always wrong. I have not had a service experience as good as I did with Precision in so long I can't even remember. 1. I called and they had a technician out within an hour 2. They quoted a price and it actually was the price! No slight of hand or hidden charges. Straight forward business old school style 3. The technician was fast! He was knowledgeable, friendly , well presented and appreciative for our business. 4. I am a dedicated, lifelong customer to them now Thank you for providing such an easy and satisfying experience... Please don't change!
