I had a spring break during the night and Precision was able to assess the issue the very next day which also happened to be the weekend. Will was able to change the spring and another component within 45 minutes and was very professional and informative. Called at 9:00PM in the evening about a garage door main spring that had just snapped. Door totally inoperable and stuck. They had someone here at 8AM the next day and fixed by 10AM at reasonable cost. Great service and highly knowledgeable and competent repair person. Highly recommend them.

We had Precision come out because our garage door wasn't working properly and they were the company who installed it a few months earlier. It turned out that the issue was operator error...oops. and boy did we feel stupid. However, Corey made us feel at ease and explained what went wrong. He took the time to check out the entire door and tracks while he was here. He was patient and professional but the thing that struck us most was how kind and friendly he was. Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell. He was friendly, smart, and quick to take care of the problem. He gave me a quick quote that I agreed with, and he was working on it right away. In about an hour, (maybe less) he had solved my world's problems (the dredded garage door) and it was running smoother than when the house was built! Thank you Stephen, Precision Garage Door, and everyone who works there. You all are great! If I ever have a problem with them (garage doors) you are the only people I'll call. Thanks again for being so efficient!

Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called up Precision and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Justin, our technician, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to inspect all aspects of our door and opener to determine what had to be repaired and what was recommended but not required. Justin answered all our questions both before and after installation. Our new opener and tunes up door are working better then they have in years! We appreciate the 5 year warranty and would definitely use Precision again and would highly recommend Justin.

Our garage took a sudden dive. Precision’s schedule was clear and transparent. I felt like I was able to plan ahead with my day. Stephen Zerkel, our tech, was a pleasure to have repairing our garage. The man knows his stuff and shared some very useful tips for the upcoming winter season. Lastly, Stephen was on schedule for a certain period and thought of splitting his days up as my garage needed a lot of work and it was getting closer to the evening. Instead, he worked passed the hours of what was originally thought, he did so knowing tomorrow he didn’t have an open slot. Greatly appreciate the work you do!

Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about. We were impressed with Leigh's professionalism, the clear explanations he offered during his visit and we highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My technician was fantastic. Unfortunately I've had several issues with both my LiftMaster and my genie system.
