I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

Our car nicked right side door seal while backing out. Precision Garage Door company came by to replace the broken seal. Service tech also noticed some loose rail bolts which he tightened, lubricated both garage doors, and adjusted light sensors without charge due to warranty. I am impressed with the quickness and detail that got our garage doors working the way they should. The insulated doors have kept our garage above 50 degrees so far this winter. The doors are rated R12+. Thank you Precision Garage Doors.
