Have called Precision three times and all have ended in success. Most recent, I needed to have the entire door opener replaced. I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, a repairman was in the area and could respond in an hour. I got the best of the three service men and he installed what I needed in less than an hour and a half. It works great and actually sounds better that most. Thankfully, they always have needed parts on the truck. Second time that has happened. Last time they had the rollers for my older door and fixed it the same day. I will not call any other company and I door recommend them to my friends.

A garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon and we contacted Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs. Technician Joshua Osborn arrived this morning to make the necessary repairs. Rather than just replace the one spring that had failed, Joshua explained how the original springs were much too large for our garage door and replaced them both with the proper size. Since the door is approximately 20 years old he also recommended replacing the rollers and bearings as well. His attention to detail and safety are much appreciated. While some may have just done the minimum required work, Joshua went the extra step for us to ensure our door is again safe and ready for another 20 years!

I called Precision Garage Door yesterday to request a free estimate on a garage door replacement. They scheduled the estimate for today. The customer service and communication with everyone at Precision Garage Door has been superb. Andrew was the professional assigned to my job. He called me when he was on his way to my house this morning and he arrived as scheduled and on time. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He ran several scenario estimates for me and immediately emailed them to me upon his departure. No high pressure sales tactics. In fact, we had a wonderful conversation while he was here and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me.
