Your technician Andrew Macejak was dispatched almost immediately after our call (on a Saturday no less) and was on the scene right away. He gave us estimates with different price options nearly instantly and then performed the repair we requested with maximum efficiency. The work Andrew did was outstanding. It's been a week since the repair and everytime we use the door we're astounding at how quiet the door is and how quickly it opens and closes. Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.
