I received excellent service from Stephen Z. and his assistant. I called at 7:30am, and they were here at 10:00am. They traveled at least 85 miles. The motor, belt drive and remote were replaced along with the outside keypad and rollers. The door runs quieter and smoother. Thank you for the prompt service.

Needed to get a second opinion on our garage door opener and remembered seeing the commercial on TV for Precision. Decided to give them a call-Josh came out that afternoon and gave us his opinion of a situation plus a few options available. Decided on getting a new opener. Josh was out next day, went to work right away and was done in no time. He explained how to operate the opener and answered questions. Josh was professional and knowledgeable.
