Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about.
