Just had my broken springs replaced by this company. I called at 9 am, had an appointment for between 10 and 12 today. The technician called at 11 and promptly had my repairs dome within a short time. He was able to work with me on the pricing and warranty. The got my 50 year old door working perfectly. I will always use this company.

After our garage doors started to fail and stop closing, I contacted Precision and am extremely happy with the results. Booking was simple and timely, I received email and text notices leading up to the appointment, and Justin H. called me to say he was on the way very early in the scheduled appointment window. Upon arriving, Justin quickly diagnosed the issue (bad rollers, bearings, and worn springs) and did not pressure me to do any additional unnecessary work. The quote was very reasonable so he went to work. He completed the job in under two hours, explained what he was doing along the way, and took the time to make small adjustments that says craftsmanship to me. In the end, I have basically new garage doors that are amazingly quiet and that I know will last as long as I do. Thanks for a great experience!!

I'd like to give a shout out to Precision Door Company! My experience this week was great! I got online and was looking for a dependable and inexpensive maintenancing on my garage door. They were very quick in getting back to me online, I was at work when I made the appointment. I got a reply email scheduling a date with the name, first and last of the technician that would be helping me. I really liked that they described him and his background inside the email with the appointment, it made me feel more comfortable. They text me when he was on his way. When he pulled up, he introduced himself as Stephen. He was very down to earth and explained a few things to me. He did the maintenance on the door as I watched and he answered all of my questions. I had a problem with my garage door not closing. I tried what the web site said to do and still could not get it to close correctly. So called and made an appointment, it was late afternoon and they could not fit me in so they gave me an appointment for the next day between 8-10. The tech Stephen called me about 10 minutes before arriving. When he arrived I showed him what the door was doing and explained what I had done to try and correct it. Stephen look at the door and the sensors and said he would be right back. He got two new brackets for the sensors and put them in place, and the door ran correctly after that. He was very friendly and explained things he was doing very well. Also, very efficient in his evaluation and correction of the problem. Precision Garage installed this opener last summer and did a great job at that time in one call to my house. I would definitely recommend both Precision Garage Door Company and Stephen.

Jason was a life saver! Our pet sitter Danielle couldn't raise the garage door and called us while crying. We reached out to you yesterday afternoon and we were able to have Jason come out this morning. We asked him to move our Chevy Malibu, giving him access to inside our home to get our car keys. I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door with my first work done in November 2025 on my double car garage door. Now in June 2026, the spring and cable on my single door garage door broke and I immediately thought of Precision and made the call to the office to schedule a next day repair. I had a great repair experience last year with the technician, Cory Schweiger, so I asked if he was available to have the appointment with him. The next day he arrived on time and an hour or so later I had a nearly completely rebuilt and full functioning garage door. He is very profession, great at his craft and easy to work with. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Cory Schweiger for any of your repair or replacement problems. I see the television ads nearly each morning but it is the professionalism and great work that makes the Precision Garage Door name stick in my mind. It would be good to see Cory Schweiger in ads because he is a truly good representative of this company.

We had our garage door spring break on Sunday. We contacted out home warranty company and they couldn't get to us until over a week later which was not good. We have a heavy wood door and it takes several of us to open this beast. Anyway we contacted Precision Garage Door on Monday and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Sean Barron was the tech and he shared a lot of information with us and made some recommendations. Well he had all the parts necessary to fix the door and we did agree with several recommendations to help with the performance of the door and the noise level. I've had LiftMaster garage door openers ever since I bought this condo. They've always been noisy! No matter what Precision Door did, the thing was always noisy. Steve Z. came today, talked with me, heard my concerns and suggested that maybe a Genie door opener would be better. I wasn't thrilled about spending the money (after all, I had a new LiftMaster put in about 5 years ago). But I am SO glad he suggested it. It is so very quiet. He said he wanted to see the smile on my face when he was done and I think I was grinning ear to ear!
