We are in a new construction house and the builder had garage doors installed and didn't bother to let us know that our garage door openers had features we were completely unaware of, like cameras and voice controls. Also, the builder put an under powered garage door opener on our large garage door and the belt was too tight. It made loud clunking noises every time it opened and closed. I called Precision and as advertised, they came out the same day! Service was amazing. After first inspecting, we were quoted a very reasonable price and the technician took his time and explained everything and let us know about the additional features that were available on our garage door openers. He even assisted in setting up the app to control and view our garage from anywhere in the world. All I can say is, I made the right decision by calling Precision!

The technician Cory was excellent. When I called in the scheduler was very helpful, and professional. I was told the technician could be available between 4 PM and 6PM. That was extremely quick as I hadn't called until 1PM when I found the door was broken. Corey called about 30 minutes later said he finished the job he was working early and asked if he could come by sooner. Bottom line I called at 1 and the job was completed by 4. He was very polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend Precision to friends and family any time.

I had used Precision before. The last guy that came in left a sticker right on top of my garage door opener, so I thought why not the did a good job before I'll use them again. I needed a spring on my two car garage. Jacob informed me that they are replaced in pairs. I was okay with that. I was not disappointed. Jacob was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of a garage door. Jacob checked everything. He showed me frayed cables so I replaced them too. I will be using Precision again, hopefully not soon.

Wow!!! We are so thankful and grateful to Jacob from Precision for his prompt, courteous and professional service fixing our garage door!!! He explained everything to us from start to finish and was the absolute nicest guy and our door has never been better! He went above and beyond and we will can’t say enough how happy we are to him!!! The best thing about the Precision Garage Door folks was having a technician available on a SUNDAY afternoon to help me with my broken door! The tech assisted me in getting my car out of the garage then proceeded to secure the door parts in place to keep my house secure until I could get a new door as I had done an outstanding job of breaking it. The tech then told me about my options for a getting a replacement and when it could possibly be installed. Later that same week my new door arrive and another young man had the new door installed in just a few hours. He then checked the operation of the new door with me there to insure I was satisfied. After that he cleaned up the area, put my old door plus its assorted parts in his truck, and asked if there was anything else I needed. The Precision team did a great job and I highly recommend their service!

Sean showed up on time as promised and called ahead of time to let us know his arrival time. He had the parts and expertise to fix our issue, and presented us with different alternatives at different cost levels which was helpful. He spent extra time to diagnose and correct some other issues with our garage door opener to assure its proper operation, and gave us a quote for possible upgrade for our old garage door opener to a newer and more dependable model.

My garage door had issues closing. I called Precision based on reviews. Was able to get an appt quickly. The tech, Corey, was on time, he explained my options and why. I needed a new opener and rebuild. The door itself was fine. He was able to do the work at that time. After he was done he explained everything. Very professional and personable. The lady I made the appt with was also very professional and personable. Overall, a great experience :)

Early on a Friday morning my emergency release cord got caught in the minivan door and the garage door came crashing down. By 10 am Brian from Precision Garage Door was at my house fixing the problem. He gave me different pricing options from just getting the door to work to updating some older parts and gave me no pressure when I wanted to just get the bare minimum done so I could get the door working and think about upgrades later. He got the door fixed in about an hour and even let me know that a broken spring was most likely the real problem, rather than my mistake of catching the cord in the car door. He also shortened the cord so it wouldn't happen again. I went with Precision Garage door because they were the only place that answered my 6:30 am call, but I will call them directly next time I need anything done with my garage door. Great service!!

Sean and Jacob did an outstanding job right off the bat they found a problem with one of the spring mounts. The garadge door was about to fall out of the track. That wasn't the reason I called Precision Garadge Door. My old motor had dropped it's wifi connection and would not reconnect. A little trouble shooting they discovered the motor motherboard was bad. They quickly replaced it with a different brand (Genie) and what a major difference of how quiet it is. I highly recommend Precision Garadge Door.
