Got a new opener installed the next day. Tech Cory s was very professional with myself and my tenant. Loved it was local and veteran owned. Definitely would recommend them !

Justin was efficient, on time, and extremely thorough inspecting the whole door/tracks/operating mechanisms. Since one of the tension springs was obviously broken, diagnosing the problem was quick. He also found seized bearings and some damage to the actual door from trying to use the opener with a broken spring. He quickly replaced the bearings and springs. Then showed me where the non-broken spring was about to have the same fate. All in all, I could have purchase (hopefully) the correct replacement springs, missed the bad bearings and other damage, and safely made this repair myself. Glad I called Precision and Justin was available within a couple of hours, instead of having a car stuck in the garage for several days.

Our garage broke late in the evening on a Friday leaving 2 vehicles stuck inside and we couldn’t manually lift the garage to get out. We were able to get service with Justin the next morning right at 8:00am when other providers couldn’t get to us till after the weekend. Service was prompt and fabulous. Precision kept me informed of when my appointment was scheduled via email and text which was extremely helpful to me. Precision sent me an email and text with the technician information. The technician was very friendly professional courteous and explained what needed to be replaces. The technician replaced the broken spring and stated that the garage door should not be used as often as it had been in the past until all repairs are completed.
