Good quality and quick service. I called earlier in the day, and Brian was there between 4 pm and 6 pm, like they said they would be. He quickly assessed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in just under an hour. I was able to get my cars out of the garage again with a smooth, much quieter garage door.

Just love Precision Garage Door! We had a small problem with our new door and Justin Higgenbothem was our tech. He came earlier than our appt. because he was in the area and that was great not having to wait. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately and checked the rest of the door. I can’t say enough good things about this company. About a year ago I needed my garage door serviced and knew I would be replacing it within a year. I use precision garage door for the service. They did a great job so when it was time for me to get a new garage door I didn’t hesitate to call precision garage door. When the gentleman came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, he gave me multiple options at different price points, which I really appreciate he even came up with items. I had not thought of to make my decision easier when the garage door install time came communication was excellent and Elvis the installer did a phenomenal job. He communicated with me during the install showed me the panels before they were installed. After the product was installed, you showed me how to operate everything and even help me set up the codes on my keypad and where to hit the learn program button on the garage to program my car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

This entire process was as easy as it can get. Booked online, tech called enroute within the time window and was finished in about 40 minutes. Brian was very friendly, on time, professional, got to work right away and was done quickly. Our spring snapped and Brian came in, identified some issues (because the door was noisy going up and down), we agreed on what to fix and my door is running nice and smooth. He made some recommendations as well to maintain and DIY stuff. The whole process was so dang easy! Thanks Brian for being professional and friendly!
