Sean and Jacob did an outstanding job right off the bat they found a problem with one of the spring mounts. The garadge door was about to fall out of the track. That wasn't the reason I called Precision Garadge Door. My old motor had dropped it's wifi connection and would not reconnect. A little trouble shooting they discovered the motor motherboard was bad. They quickly replaced it with a different brand (Genie) and what a major difference of how quiet it is. I highly recommend Precision Garadge Door.

I have experience with Precision on a broken spring on my door. I was given very good options by Justin, a technician with Precision. After some more research, I chose to replace my current very old door opener. I quickly was scheduled for the replacement. We had another garage door company look at the problem the night before and they were not able to find out what the problem was. I called Precision and they had someone out that day replaced our Liftmaster which was 14 years old and we could not be happier. We will be using them in the future to replace the other two.

Just had my broken springs replaced by this company. I called at 9 am, had an appointment for between 10 and 12 today. The technician called at 11 and promptly had my repairs dome within a short time. He was able to work with me on the pricing and warranty. The got my 50 year old door working perfectly. After our garage doors started to fail and stop closing, I contacted Precision and am extremely happy with the results. Booking was simple and timely, I received email and text notices leading up to the appointment, and Justin H. called me to say he was on the way very early in the scheduled appointment window. Upon arriving, Justin quickly diagnosed the issue (bad rollers, bearings, and worn springs) and did not pressure me to do any additional unnecessary work. The quote was very reasonable so he went to work. He completed the job in under two hours, explained what he was doing along the way, and took the time to make small adjustments that says craftsmanship to me. In the end, I have basically new garage doors that are amazingly quiet and that I know will last as long as I do. Thanks for a great experience!!
