I contacted Precision Friday afternoon to schedule an inspection and was contacted by the technician Mitch right away. He arrived early for the Monday appointment. I was given Precision Garage Door name from a friend who had used your company previously. Happy to say they responded promptly to my call and a repair tech came out immediately the next morning (on a Saturday even) and even showed up at the beginning of the time window given which was greatly appreciated. Diagnosed issue immediately, needed a new opener as old system was 26 years old and finally bit the dust. Install took a little over an hour and technician even helped with setting up outside opener code as well as syncing the opener with my car. Then said I could call him if I needed additional help with the phone app to monitor and use system from my phone. All which was above and beyond the call for a great service. Will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends in the future.

We called on a Saturday because our garage opener was malfunctioning. We got an appointment time for the next day, Sunday. This was a relief that we didn't need to wait long. I some how broke my door opening or closing it. Within 2 hours, Cory Schweiger had arrived, repaired it and was on his way. Very quick turnaround. Not only did he fix the the issue, he walked me through everything and let me know of future issues I may have. Once those items fail, i will be giving them a call again.

Our spring on the garage door broke this morning and Precision Garage Door was able to repair it a few hours later. Our technician Brian S. called 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know when he would arrive and was very punctual and completed the repair of our springs and cables in the estimated time on Christmas eve day. All the parts needed for the repair were on the truck and the work was satisfactory . A great job by Brian. I will be using Precision Garage door again if needed.

My garage door spring snapped causing cables to break as well. This happened Tuesday night. I went online to scheduled appointment and was surprised to see they had an opening the next morning. Brian showed up at 9:00 Wednesday morning and installed new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings. Total repair was installed in under 2 hours. These guys are good! Highly recommend.

It’s a rare to find a company today that provides 24/7 access for services. Kudos to you for providing it. Our technician, Steven arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs, and completely the installation of a new door opener in short order. He was thorough in his explanation of why the repair performed was necessary and gave us a detailed estimate before beginning his work. Stephen configured the new opener with our two vehicles and our external keypad. He also explained how we can utilize the Aladdin app to monitor our garage door activity — an added asset that provides peace of mind in the security of our home. All-in-all a very good experience.
