Garage Door Precision is a great company. I contacted Precision to conduct routine maintenance and fix the weather-stripping retainer on my garage. Stephen from Precision showed up the next day to complete the work. Stephen tightened the springs and realigned the weather-stripping retainer to the bottom garage as it was not aligned. The service overall was great. From the very fast availability, to the open kind honest ballpark figure on the phone (thanks Jules), to the cordial/affable tech (thank you Justin H), everything went smoothly. I didn't have much time with a broken garage door and potential bad weather coming to wait around on a bunch of estimates. Their initial ball park and then the official estimate seemed very reasonable. Then all along the way we were communicated with. We even got a text with our technician's background, like where he was from etc. Made us definitely feel more at ease.
