I discovered my overhead garage doors by Wayne Dalton broken late evening. The inner spring snapped. No way I could repair it myself. In the morning I called few service numbers but only Precision was available right away. By the evening my doors are working again, and in my opinion the mechanism is simpler and superior.

Justin, the technician sent over the day after we contacted Precision, immediately identified the problem we were having, explained the issue and our options and drafted an invoice on the spot so we could weigh options. When we decided, we expected to be put on a list and scheduled for the opener install, instead Justin just said "I've got everything right now, if that's OK." and in 2 hours we had a new opener, springs and bearings. He also did some basic maintenance on the tracks and wheels while he was at it for good measure. Justin was a joy to work with and we really appreciate his professionalism and attitude as well as the quality work completed very quickly.

The spring on my garage door broke so I needed to call someone for service. A friend of mine suggested Precision Garage Door Service. I recognized this name as I remembered the commercial for this company which states "A Name You Can Trust" in the jingle. I assumed it could possibly take a few days to get an available technician here but I was initially scheduled for the same day service at 12:00pm and I called for service at 10:00am! I was shocked they could get to me on the same day that I requested service but then the technician texted me to say he finished his current job early and could be here by 10:20am! And he was here promptly at 10:20am! Justin totally checked out every part on my garage door and opener, made repair and service suggestions and explained the parts and reasons why I should replace or repair any parts now and which parts I could wait on as they were not too worn. He spent less than 2 hours replacing the torsion spring, bearings, Operator Reinforcement Bracket and rollers. Justin was very knowledgeable, efficient, communicated very well and made the entire process rather enjoyable! He has a great sense of humor and was very professional! I will definitely continue using Precision Garage Door Service for my garage door needs and will definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends as the company to go to when you need any type of repair for your garage door! This company is AWESOME!!!!

Very fast response, had our garage door fixed and running perfectly in less than 24 hours. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard and fast to get our garage door back in service. Our very heavy 2 car wood door from the 80’s had a hinge that held the cable bend and release the tension causing the door to seize on one side and drop on the other breaking a few hinges and completely bent the track. Brian was at our house within a couple hours after my call in the afternoon, had to get a few parts and was back at 8AM the next morning and had the door working by 11. Pretty awesome.

Justin was our service tech today. He was very friendly and professional. He evaluated the problem with our old opener and showed us that it was no longer in working order. He expalined the need for a new opener and how much it would cost, how long the warranty was and what we could expect from the new opener.
