Everybody told me that I needed a new garage door because my door would not stay closed. Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. I was given Precision Garage Door name from a friend who had used your company previously. Happy to say they responded promptly to my call and a repair tech came out immediately the next morning (on a Saturday even) and even showed up at the beginning of the time window given which was greatly appreciated. Diagnosed issue immediately, needed a new opener as old system was 26 years old and finally bit the dust. Install took a little over an hour and technician even helped with setting up outside opener code as well as syncing the opener with my car. Then said I could call him if I needed additional help with the phone app to monitor and use system from my phone. All which was above and beyond the call for a great service. Will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends in the future.
