I called precision door Wednesday late afternoon and they came out the next morning. Very knowledgeable, very courteous and the door was done in about an hour. It’s like a new door now. Price was reasonable for all they fixed. I would highly recommend them. And the warranty is great too.

Extremely pleased. After concerns that my garage door would suddenly stop working I decided to give Precision Doors a try. My door was repaired by another company a couple months prior, apparently not correctly. I know why not warranty the work. Well they didn’t get it right the first time. I am pleased to say that Cory was a true professional. His knowledge and attention to detail eased my mind. He explained the process and got to work. Upon selection of the correct hardware it didn’t take long before he was done and ready to test everything. He ensured the door was balanced as to not put undue stress on the opener. He and even adjusted the garage door opener to ensure it opened and closed properly. In today’s economy people can’t afford to pay for shady work. There are some companies out there that have employees that don’t care or little knowledge to do the job. It’s trial and error when selecting a company. I’m pleased to say that I’m confident in the work Cory and Precision Doors did. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

This past Saturday I was preparing to leave and run a few errands. Our garage door was jammed, and I immediately knew I had to call to get it serviced. After calling several well know businesses (one which we had done business with for years) I felt that we were not given the best customer service!!! I remember seeing a commercial for your company, so I called and was able to talk with a live person who was so nice and told me that someone could come out that afternoon. She also said that there is no service fee, which made me very happy!!! Corey was assigned to come out to repair the door. My appointment was even moved up to an earlier time. Corey was so personable, assessed the damage and informed us what needed to be done, He was very knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the door perfectly. I know who we're calling in the future!!!!

The technician Cory was excellent. When I called in the scheduler was very helpful, and professional. I was told the technician could be available between 4 PM and 6PM. That was extremely quick as I hadn't called until 1PM when I found the door was broken. Corey called about 30 minutes later said he finished the job he was working early and asked if he could come by sooner. Bottom line I called at 1 and the job was completed by 4. He was very polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend Precision to friends and family any time.

My garage door had issues closing. I called Precision based on reviews. Was able to get an appt quickly. The tech, Corey, was on time, he explained my options and why. I needed a new opener and rebuild. The door itself was fine. He was able to do the work at that time. After he was done he explained everything. Very professional and personable. The lady I made the appt with was also very professional and personable. Overall, a great experience :)

I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door with my first work done in November 2025 on my double car garage door. Now in June 2026, the spring and cable on my single door garage door broke and I immediately thought of Precision and made the call to the office to schedule a next day repair. I had a great repair experience last year with the technician, Cory Schweiger, so I asked if he was available to have the appointment with him. The next day he arrived on time and an hour or so later I had a nearly completely rebuilt and full functioning garage door. He is very profession, great at his craft and easy to work with. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Cory Schweiger for any of your repair or replacement problems. I see the television ads nearly each morning but it is the professionalism and great work that makes the Precision Garage Door name stick in my mind. It would be good to see Cory Schweiger in ads because he is a truly good representative of this company.

I’m a previous customer of a replacement garage door and opener, and was highly satisfied with the quality of work, product and competitive price. As a 21 year resident of our neighborhood, retired military and senior citizen, many of my housing association neighbors routinely request my advice on hiring local home repair companies. Today my garage door was damaged and the company sent out a repairman. The needed repairs were minor and the representative completed the work in no time. I was subsequently charged $400 for 30 minutes of work (or $800 an hour). I understand the work was done on a Sunday and employers have to pay employees more on weekends. However $400 is not only excessive, it’s stealing! I can no longer in good conscience recommend Precision Garage Door to my hundreds of HOA neighbors or friends in the local area!

Corey is a consummate professional! He replaced a broken coil spring and emphasized how important it was that both could be of same rating in pounds (a mistake that another prior repair serviceman had not brought to our attention and which likely was cobbled together in the prior repair) Corey replaced cables and spools and rollers to the point where our door appears "new". Honest, professional, and courteous...Precision Door is all that one needs!

I had my door rebuilt by this company a year ago. This year it was time to replace the door opener. I was able to get an appointment fast, installation was smooth, and the technician, Cory, was very informative throughout the process.
