Thank you Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs. Making an appointment on your website for service was easy to do and my appointment was scheduled for the following day. Your Tech, Cory Schweiger, was very informative as to what needed to be replaced due to the age of the parts to our garage door. He was not insistent on getting me to replace the parts and left the decision up to me. I did decide to have those parts replaced and he did an amazing job and on a timely manner. I discovered my overhead garage doors by Wayne Dalton broken late evening. The inner spring snapped. No way I could repair it myself. In the morning I called few service numbers but only Precision was available right away. By the evening my doors are working again, and in my opinion the mechanism is simpler and superior.

Very impressive customer service. Our door broke on a Saturday. Not only did a real person answer the phone, she was able to schedule Sunday service. The tech was prompt and very pleasant. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so happy with the service, I felt I had to. This is how a business should run.

Cory was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem and recommended that the opener motor was my problem. He recommended the state of the art Liftmaster would satisfy me for years to come. Called Precision because I saw comments on other jobs they did in Divide. Got an appointment the next day. Was hoping to get Rocco to show up, but only Cory came. I appreciate excellence and professionalism, and Cory demonstrated both. Really knew his stuff, and had the door repaired faster than I had expected. Don't always know what you're going to get in terms of expertise these days, but Cory is the type of quality technician you'd hope for.

I emailed Precision Garage Door around 7 am this morning. My email was quickly answered and our technician, Cory arrived around 10:30 per scheduled appt. He notified me he was on his way, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Very professional, genuinely nice young man! 5 stars for sure!

New to the area and found Precision via positive reviews on line. I exhausted my abilities and needed a pro. I called and Precision was able to get out same day. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.
