Cory was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem and recommended that the opener motor was my problem. He recommended the state of the art Liftmaster would satisfy me for years to come. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.

We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. This is the second time Cory has helped me with my door. On both visits, he explained things thoroughly and gave me options—not pressure. Although the primary issue was a broken spring, since my double garage door is over 20 years old, and other parts were showing significant wear, I opted for replacing all the major components (except for the door opener).
