Precision Garage Door is a great company to work with. The service is prompt, the technician is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to replace my very, very old garage door Genie system with a much newer and better one. The service was scheduled promptly. Cory, the door technician was very professional and friendly; he was very knowledgable. I was told 1 hour advance notice of arrival, it was 15 minutes. Tech was rude smart ass and bragged to my tenant he was paid $82 per hour and sits his truck alot. Way over priced. Did not touch the existing opener.

Everybody told me that I needed a new garage door because my door would not stay closed. Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. He was the only person that was honest and stood by what he said I will continue to use precision for all of my garage door uses. My door opens and close is fine. A new door was not needed. Thank you so much. With the times that we live in it is amazing that somebody with integrity will come along and help a neighbor. I recommend them 100%..

I called on Friday evening and was able to get an appointment at 0830 on Saturday. Cory was on time, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a few options beyond just fixing the immediate issue, but there was no pressure. He gave me some great advice about extending the life of our garage door and got the work done quickly.
