I called Precision based on excellent online reviews. They didn't disappoint. Called one day, they were here the next. Handled the issue professionally and for a reasonable price.

Mitch came out to give my parents a bid for a new garage door. Their garage door is 29 years old!! Mitch was so kind and very pleasant to work with. He was patient with my folks and explained everything to them so they understood. We’re very excited to get the new garage door! Thank you for being there and being so helpful!

I called Precision and, surprisingly, was able to get an appointment the same day ... very pleasant and helpful office staff. The technician (Brian) arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. He determined my keypad opener was shot and replaced it. Additionally, he serviced both garage doors and answered my questions regarding current doors and motor condition. Also, he was able to give me ballpark numbers (and emailed them with receipt) should we decide to look into replacing doors/motor. Highly recommend and will use services again.

Great! Surprised to get a same day appointment to fix a 16 foot garage door that jammed and bent both tracks. Brian called 20 minutes prior to arrival, came on time. Very cordial and knowledgeable about his trade. He got our door fixed and straightened the tracks so we didn't need replacement parts. What we thought was going to be a very expense repair turned out to be very reasonable. Brian got the door working again within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Too expensive. I know everyone has to cover their expensive, but over 600 dollars an hour is a bit too much.

Brian did an awesome job. The garage door operates so much better (quiter) after he replaced the rollers and performed a tune-up.

We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. Cory contacted us before arriving, showed up on time and had the work completed in less than an hour! We are up and running. Thank you Precise for taking care of us. We truly appreciate it, especially on a Sunday.

I can always count on Precision. They have serviced my garage door for several years and I couldn't be happier. It is so wonderful to have people that I can count on to be there when I need them. I needed the old weather stripping removed and a new one put in. While here Sean made sure and checked everything to make sure that I would have no problems.

This is the second time Cory has helped me with my door. On both visits, he explained things thoroughly and gave me options—not pressure. Although the primary issue was a broken spring, since my double garage door is over 20 years old, and other parts were showing significant wear, I opted for replacing all the major components (except for the door opener). Cory had everything he needed with him, and did the work quickly and well. The door is working well and is quieter. I certainly recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

When my garage door stopped working I called Precision Door and they were able to send a technician to my home the next morning. Stephen performed a thorough check of my system, provided me with detailed information regarding the repairs needed and restored my door to good working condition that same day. I very much appreciate the ease of scheduling the appointment and Stephen’s expertise in resolving my issue. I highly recommend their services.

I previously gave Precision a 4 Star rating. I had one non-technical issue that I just didn't bother to say anything about, however when Precisions management contacted me to follow up on how I liked their service, they listen to my non-technical concern. Jayson the manager listened and I was greatly satisfied with his response! I choose to change my 4 Star rating to a great 5 Star rating!

Technician, Steven Z, was very professional and personable. He knows his business. He showed me all the things that were wrong and told me what would work and what wouldn't work until a new door arrives. With his expert advice he let me make the decisions on what to do without pressure.
