I was pleased with the service. It was quick and easy to schedule. A belt had broken and I had thought they could just replace the belt, but it turned out my opener was too old and parts weren't made for it any longer. So I had to get a new opener, which was quite expensive, so that was a bit painful. But it was done by a tech who seemed to know what he was doing, and I'm very satisfied. I've seen your TV ads and my handyman recommended you to me.

They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again.
