I was able to get my garage fixed within a business day of calling. My technician came within the specified window and contacted me when he was on his way. He explained all of the packages in lay terms and provided pros and cons of each one. Installation of new parts were completed within 2 hours. Overall had a good experience and was happy with the outcome.

I saw a commercial that stated your company takes extreme pride in a quiet door. I also saw that you are available all week without charging the excessive "after hours" service fee, like your competitors, I called three others first. Your technician, Corey, was very professional, and courteous. Corey kept me up to date as to when he would arrive and replaced my springs, bearings, and my metal wheels with new nylon wheels and now my door is working better and quieter than when I bought it new! Precision Garage Door is the only garage door company I will ever deal with moving forward. Excellent service! Thank you, Corey!

I always revierw Google Comments as well as the BBB. Your attention to hiring the "right" people is noteworthy, as Justin did an awesome job of fixing our garage door today. What differentiates Precision door is your "people" like Justin, as he worked fast and efficient, as I asked him to give me an overview of what he was doing during the 1 hour serivce call. While the cost was higher than I expected, the items that were "broken" were repaired and I now have a garage door that works perfectly......just like Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs promised!!
