Outstanding response!!! Our garage door springs broke completely and so did the cables, it was pretty scary! I called the garage door services that we have worked with for over 20 years. The choices given was wait until Monday 2/3/2025 or $300 emergency services for 2 hours plus parts, it was Saturday, but early enough for me not have to pay emergency charges. I researched other companies and called Precision around 1p.m. on Saturday 2/1/2025 by 1:30Justin was here! Justin is very skilled, Justin is personable, Justin is experienced, Justin was very safety oriented, Justin provided an estimate before doing work and provided service. We are so pleased with the service Justin provided! Precision is definitely the company to go to! Justin is excellent to work with as your service technician!

My garage door spring decided to break on a Saturday! Called the company I usually work with, and they were not helpful. Called Precision Garage Door, and I was able to get a same day appointment, WITHOUT additional charges for a weekend call. Cory was our tech, and he kept me informed throughout the day of his arrival time. He was very professional & friendly, and explained what options I had to get my door back in service. Garage Door Precision is a great company. I contacted Precision to conduct routine maintenance and fix the weather-stripping retainer on my garage. Stephen from Precision showed up the next day to complete the work. Stephen tightened the springs and realigned the weather-stripping retainer to the bottom garage as it was not aligned. Stephen was very professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. I highly recommend Stephen and Precision Garage Door Service!

I wish I could give 5 stars. I can't due to the technician arriving an hour and 15 minutes after the late end of my appointment window. My appointment was 2pm to 4pm. He didn't show up til 5:15. I received a call at about 1:50pm stating my technician was running behind and would be here by the late end of my appointment window. I also found out my technician was the only one scheduled to work today out of 8 technicians. The technician called at about 4:15 saying he was on the way and was about an hour away. Sorry, this is a schedule problem and a dispatch problem. These issues pushed my appointment to the end of the day to fix your company's errors. I'm sorry this is not my fault. While the technician was friendly and did a good job, I'm disappointed that I was still charged the full price (minus a veteran discount). I believe this warranted a greater discount than I received. I received a thank you for my business but no apology for your company's schedule and dispatch errors.

I was in a panic at 2:30 in the afternoon ( it gets dark at 4:30), as I knocked my garage door off if it’s tracks with a ladder. Precision Door Company had a technician at my house in 15 min. ( one was in route close to my house, hoping to be done for the day)… who does that and how lucky I was! They will forever be my hero’s for evermore! I very highly recommend them!
