I saw several people in my neighborhood recommending Precision Garage door of COS so I scheduled an appointment online, I was surprised at the availability so I was able to get my opener replaced in a timely manner. My technician Stephen was courteous and very knowledgeable which is hard to find these days. Overall I am happy with my service and would recommend Precision Garage Door of COS. I did not check around for pricing so I feel I got great service for a good price.

Once again we had superb service from Precision Door. We scheduled an emergency service and were immediately scheduled. Our technician, Leigh, arrived exactly as promised. He even called enroute with an arrival update due to high traffic. Leigh quickly assessed the problem and gave us three different bids for the repair starting with just the bare minimum to considerable improvement with the garage doors. Leigh took the time to answer all of out questions. We were extremely pleased with the end product.

Elvis was amazing! He provided excellent service and was very detailed every step of the process. Elvis took the time to explain what he was going to do before he started working on removing my old door. Elvis went above and beyond what I was expecting. He also explained to me that he had to do some extra work to accommodate the new door even moving my controller since it was not centered. Elvis went about his business with professionalism, honesty and integrity. He explained to me that he approaches every install as if he was installing it as his home. Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I'm getting my new door through Precision. Plus they answer their phone 24/7. They just got a new customer and they deserve it!

I didn't think any garage door repair business worked on weekends but when I googled it, I saw precision garage door which worked on weekends for no extra charge. They were able to schedule me first thing on Sunday morning and Justin arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. He looked at all parts of the garage door besides the broken spring and gave me a thorough diagnostics and estimate for repairs. I went with all the repairs as they definitely needed to be done but there was no pressure from Justin. He had all the repairs quickly fixed and we ran through all of the details and I was very satisfied with his work and dedication. Gave 5 stars and will definitely use Precision the next time I need a garage door repair at any day or time.
