My garage door spring broke at 8pm, after a quick call that night I had service scheduled for the next day. Stephen was a pleasure to work with, he presented me with all the options to fix my door with price points included, allowing me to make the right decision for my needs. Over the years I had been doing business with one of your competitors (OHD) and had been over priced and Shoddy work. I found you and decided at a whim to give you guys a try and was very impressed with the cost and work that Stephen Zephyr did. He was cordial and professional. He gave me an estimate tahe I thought was fair and went about performing the repairs. He did an excellent job and I will not hesitate to use your company again.

Mitch called while in route, gave me the estimate upon arrival, repair and gone in 30min. This guy is a pro. I wish Precision could open a customer training facility for all other businesses. 5 stars is not enough.

I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.
