Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.

1 less then 5 stars as the spring rod was bent on repair and left with 3” runout which would have pre prematurely worn out the bearing on the hubs. Precision was great about the obvious need for rework and did so promptly replacing the spring rod and providing a heavier duty unit. I would call on them again for service, sn honorable company to deal with.

Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars.
